On Saturday June, 8 2024 @2:18 I went back to this location concerning substandard Wendy's food product I received, spoke with the manager (black woman) she was very rude and stated it was not her concern..Her attitude was so disrespectful that it promoted the employees to follow her example of disrespect; A black male employee approached front area and proceeded to to use profanity at me and stated don't come to this location along with profanity. Please see picture of the food served.. total disrespectful to the customer and the Wendy's food brand.
I will NEVER step foot in here again. I was ordering when I overheard the General Manager, Carrie Banks, telling a worker why she got so little hours while a new person was working full-time hours. The way she spoke to that young worker and demeanor towards anyone around her was beyond off-putting. I honestly don't know how she got to be General Manager but her customer service and leadership skills are absolutely 0. This should have never been discussed openly in front of customers and other employees and ESPECIALLY in such a degrading way.
My food took a bit longer than usual, almost 30 mins, my sandwiches had no bacon but they came out hot which I mean isn't the worst, I was given coffee Creamer and it was chunky. Customer service was good though
I visited the Wendy's on Fort Hood Street for their Veterans Day free meal offer. Despite the manager's announcement at 10:22 stating that the deal supposedly ends at 10:30, they intentionally stopped taking orders in all, making us wait around 20 minutes only to be told the deal was no longer honored. Very disappointing and disrespectful to veterans.
IF YOU HAVE TO EAT HERE, CHECK YOUR ORDER BEFORE LEAVING STORE AND DON'T USE DELIVERY. I have given this restaurant several opportunities. And the orders are consistently messed up, as this is not the only Wendy's with issues in the area. I think it must be an upper management issue—poor store design is not helping.
They never answer their phone. I attempted to call four times to make sure they had potatoes and frostys while waiting on my husbands food elsewhere. The reason for the call was because the first Wendy’s we stopped by said no more potatoes, no more frostys. The call was never picked up so we ended up droving by only to be told we have no more potatoes and no more frostys. Had they answered they would have saved us a trip. Hello??? Pick up the phone!
I called to speak with someone about the fact my sandwiches came with no bread, even though there is no way to remove or add bread on the app. the woman I spoke with got off the phone with no warning, and the manager got on being extremely rude. she had an insane attitude and was not helpful in any way whatsoever. no offer for a remake or anything. absolutely will never order from here again. terrible food, terrible people.
Received terrible customer service tonight. I arrived at 12:48 to pick up an Uber order And no one was answering the speaker box. I called the store location and was told that they were closed and hung up on. I called back and explained that they actually weren’t supposed to be closing until one and that they should still be open for 12 more minutes and that I had an order to pick up and was told by Someone claiming to be manager Wouldn’t give me her name (Photo of her car is below) That she wasn’t going to be making any more Uber orders because people needed to stop ordering so late. She didn’t seem to care that all the way there to pick it up using my gas and I wasn’t the one that ordered it. I didn’t realize that a corporate store got to make their own hours But apparently, apparently this one thinks they can. Thanks for wasting my time.
