Woman taking orders seems like she hates her job. Does not belong in customer service. You’re better off ordering through the app if using coupons, good luck if you’re ordering at the restaurant. For the manager to be running expo I should not have received my baconator fries like this. This is ridiculous
Put in a mobile order to be picked up inside at 9:45PM and got there at 9:50PM. Store and App itself said that the Lobby is open until 10pm. Workers saw me try to open the door that was locked and I was expected to go through the Drive Through line that was about 15 cars deep. Promptly cancelled my order. What a waste of time.
Staff argumentive which led to multiple of the same order customer suffers through lack of attention to detail. After addressing Wendy's staff 3 times for accuracy. All items for customer are finally included.Please address this store for attention to details, accuracy and officiancy.
Food has been good everytime. I mainly got thru the drive thru. The service isn't bad but nothing nnothing more to say the its an average fast food experience. And the inside everytime I go its clean, but you can see areas they are letting slip but nothing that would effect your experience. I would recommend
count your days. i ordered 3 double krabby patties and what did i get!? singles. lol i can really taste the cow though. homie at the window was super chill. the pineapple frosty was fire though.
Food was good, service was mediocre. My experience was that I wanted to order an additional drink and I tried doing that twice after she handed the bag out the window and turned her head and never looked back .
I could never get her attention again before she shut the window on me saying excuse me at least twice!
It was actually rather odd because I don't think she even looked at us as she held the bag out she was already off on a conversation that was behind her with coworker.
So when I discovered that I didn't have any ketchup for my home fries, I am feeling annoyed....because I know what's coming!
It usually causes an argument in my vehicle because I'm one to not eat my food if I don't have it the way I like it and of course my roommate he'll never say anything even if his meal is inedible and he throws it in the garbage! He won't say anything ....so if I bring up that my order is wrong or that they forgotten something....
it's a big fight because he doesn't want to go back and feel uncomfortable! Being that he drives usually when we go to Wendy's I don't eat my food 50% of the time because 50% of the time it's wrong!
The worst thing is to be confused for someone who's b***** when all I want to do is be the customer who has a good experience and their orders right ,their receipt is correct, and they have silverware and ketchup, sauce etc....
For some reason that seems to be an awful hard thing to do at any fast food restaurant but I'll have to say especially Wendy's lately.
We went back around to the window . She saw us. She made an "o crap what do they want face" and gave us like 10 ketchups! Eight more than I needed.
....And that was my experience Sunday morning the 6th,of 0ct. Around 6am-ish. Sprite, cinnabons, a chicken bacon breakfast sandwich home fries and a vanilla iced coffee.
The employees didn't want to be there, and it showed, kinda rude. However food was good, creative narratives like SpongeBob Krabby patty to keep everyone tiring.
Drive thru staff were rude. The lobby never has anyone at the register. Second time going there they got my order wrong the drive thru staff repeated the order to me and when I went in to have my item replaced the person who looked like a manager said no immediately and walked off and the drive thru person came to the register repeated the correct order and gave me the receipt with the wrong order
