Fast food restaurants service have been going down for awhile, this was one of them. I had stopped coming because of that. Today I decided to give it another shot since they renovated the entire restaurant. It is definitely more modern and appealing. To my surprise the customer service was also a lot better. Staff was friendlier and quicker than my last few encounters. The food was hot and fresh. The Big Bacon Classic was not a disappointment. It comes in single, double or triple. The double was filling enough. The drink machine has numerous choices and I love that they have lots of DIET choices and not just one plain Diet Coke. I hope they keep up the friendly and efficient work because no matter how good the food is, that could be a big deterrent for customers.

I like Wendy’s, let’s get that out of the way. I hardly come here because I have not had a good experience with the workers. There are new workers now and seem to be doing a bit better. Unfortunately, once again, they screwed up my order and I did not get my nuggets. At least they were friendlier this time. I also did not get a receipt so I cannot go complain on line. My Dave’s Single was still good and their fries are now a bit thinner and taste great, never too salty like that other fast food franchise. Restaurant looks good from the outside not sure of the inside as I always do drive thru.
This location is ran so poorly they might need to be shut down or all replaced. The place is never clean. They always have standing water on the floor with no safety signs. They will have you wait at the speaker with no one ahead of you for 10 minutes plus minutes. If you place a mobile order be prepared to just cancel it. I attempted for over 30 minutes between the drive through with no one ahead and walking inside where they would not even acknowledge me to get for them to try to complete the order. My only option was to cancel by phone as they looked me in the face from afar but wouldn’t come up to the counter. I will never use this one again as literally anything else is better than this location.
I waited in thr drive through and no one took my order. Saw a guy walking around the parking lot with a headset on. I left when I realized they had the same guy taking orders and walking orders out to cars. Hire more employees. Not fair to them or customers.
This is consistently the WORST Wendy's within a 10 mile radius. We moved here almost 2 years ago, and it was okay back then, but has been steadily declining. Fries are typically dry and cold. The patties are thin and chewy like cardboard, buns are always stale, tomatoes are mushy from being old and frozen- 1 out of 10 (hunger gives food flavor hence the 1). The nuggets are mediocre if they are hot, if not, 2 out of 10 (same reason as before). Frostys are good when available. The drive thru cashiers are usually nice. Their bathrooms are clean enough, just don't touch anything. We used to come here as a first choice, now it's literally the last place we will go. It's a shame. It's got to be the franchise owner being cheap and trying to "make do". it's the only explanation. Go to the one in Clemmons, they are FAR better.
Kinda crazy spending half an hour in the drive through line of only 3 people and they still end up getting the order wrong.
Had really good service here at this Wendy's the girl up front taking the order is so nice she even refilled my drink as I was at my table eating my food she deserves a raise big time I think her name is Ashley it said on receipt
I ordered a Dave's original double cheeseburger or in other words a number two and it was awesome. Of course it was expensive but all fast food is now. I also tried the three berry Frosty which was just delicious. Too bad it's only for a limited time.
This is the second time I've been to this Wendy's, and everything is fine except for the bacon(for reference I had the bourbon bacon burger). I don't know how half a stripe of bacon is acceptable when your charging sit down prices, for a fast food place. I expected more for ten dollars, but I guess Wendy's doesn't actually care about real food and real people. I hate when business cut corners and raise prices.
Edit: I went back to this wendy to try it again. I ordered 20 chicken nuggets, 4 of those nuggets were stuck together, under cooked. I don't know what's going on with this Wendy's, but there gonna make someone sick, serving raw dough. I won't be back.
