Very clean, friendly restaurant. My family stopped here for lunch during a long road trip and had a nice time. The cashier was incredibly friendly and the food arrived within a few minutes. It was fresh and delicious. My kids enjoyed the TV that was showing different short news stories.
The customer service here is always bad. I placed my order on the mobile app, so to have bad customer service is actually impressive at this point. I'm not sure what the drama was today, but the lady with the yellow bandaid on her finger was unpleasant. The food was also a reflection of whatever is going on in there today.
I’ve never been to an establishment that has literally shamed me as I’m trying to order. I don’t know when the lazy worker ethic became so bad that they would rather lose money than make a decent size order… but wow. How rude to make someone feel bad when they are literally about to give you money. Hire someone who wants to work and earn money. I will not be returning to such a lazy, judgmental food service again. Bring your money elsewhere. I’m not some giant person, I am fit, I just wanted some nuggets.
DO NOT GO HERE! Got served raw chicken. Was super hungry, so I ate half of it before I realized. The lady behind the register was really nice about it and gave me a refund at least, but I don't think I'll ever eat at any Wendy's again after this.
I'm not big on fast food restaurants but I do occasionally stop for a salad but never go inside so I can't comment on the atmosphere but the service was fine at the drive up
Normally, I just speak to a manager about these things. They could not have been less interested.
Ordered food, very polite server.
Went to wash my hands in the bathroom.
One of their stsff left the stall, exited the bathroom without washing their hands.
Notified the manager, who looked at me with a blank expression, and said nothing to their employee, as he proceeded to handle food.
I only go to Wwndy's about twice a year. Not any more, not a big loss for the company.
We waited almost 15 minutes for our order to be taken. The staff was overwhelmed with drive thru and mobile orders so the inside dining customers got the result of that. Stop taking orders or close the dining room if you can't keep up.
The Thursday mid-morning crew at Wendy's is the best! One might say they are angels and heroes! Also I enjoy the Jr. Cheeseburger Deluxe
