Terrible service. Forgot my entire Biggie bag and the sour cream for my daughters baked potato. I called nicely and just asked for my food. They acted like I was lying until they pulled up my order. They proceeded to make me wait while MANY cars went through the line. When I finally received my food there was no lettuce, no tomato, and the tiniest sliver of bacon on my sandwich... and no sour cream for my daughter. Also everything was cold so what was I even waiting for? I called back to complain and they lied to me and and hung up on me. Someone did this on purpose out of spite... which is crazy bc I was so nice about it. I'm literally NEVER a complainer but this was terrible service.
Went through the drive thru at 1115 am. Ordered a plain double cheeseburger and a Baconator cost is $16... paid, pulled over to eat and my burger patties were rock hard and had been sitting for at least a day. The baconator had one piece of bacon, split in half and was also old and dried out. Went back to the store and got a refund. Will never be back to this store again.
I think this is the first one star review I have ever given for a restaurant. While our salads were good and the staff served us well, this store was dirty. From the moment you walk in the smell of old grease was overpowering. The floors were sticky, and the drink machine and area around the garbage can/tray return did not look like it had been cleaned in days. My dining companion could not finish her meal because the smell and dirty surfaces made her queasy.
Food was good. The worker who waited on us was especially friendly and went beyond what was required to provide excellent service.
Front register personnel could be a little friendlier like Arby's in Waynesville.
Update: 5/20/2019 pulled into Wendy's drive-thru and waited almost 15 minutes. I understand people need to take breaks, but Wendy's could have a better solution on where their employees to take breaks. the guy that was running the register at the drive-thru window came outside and was smoking, and spitting on the sidewalk (front door entrance) while we were sitting in line burning fuel ????. Then I started thinking, will he wash his hands after smoking? Needless to say because of that, I pulled out of the line and went next door to Burger King where I got my order quickly and correctly.
Update: decided to give them another chance... went there today 5/26/2023, Burgers were cold and the strawberry milkshake was melted down to near syrup.
You would think, with all these negative reviews that corporate would step in by now.
Not going back here until they get rid of the current crew. Food is always cold and has been sitting out and they have the same 4 people every time. The fat girl with glasses is always angry and rude for no reason towards customers even if you haven’t spoken to her. I should have stopped going here years ago when the cops busted people selling dope through the drive thru. Looks like it would be closed down after police involvement….
My mom is a diabetic and we stopped by to grab a chocolate frosty for a really low blood sugar, it was 9pm, and the lady at told us that the frosty machine was shut down for the night when they close at 12am?! If we weren't trying to do something urgently, it wouldn't have been that big of a deal. Always had some kind of problem with this store...
Wanted vanilla frosty. I've been craving a vanilla Frosty. I only went in there for a vanilla Frosty.
No vanilla. Only berry or chocolate.
Tried berry. Yuck. Tasted like yogurt, pretty gross.
