Had my food waiting when I pulled to the window. It is typically longer at most locations. Food was as ordered and proper temperature. I was pleasantly surprised. The ladies were welcoming at the window, were smiling and cracking jokes with me or laughing with me. Either way, I'm glad they were enjoying work, the culture, and the vibes.
This location looks nice. They have recently redone the outside of the building. I tried to run through the drive thru. Unfortunately, today was not their best day. I waited about 7 min without moving an inch in the drive thru line before I even got up to the order speaker. Decided to cut my losses for the day and go elsewhere. I will definitely come back and try another day. The pictures of food on the windows looked delicious.
Apparently no one knows how the online/app works at this particular Wendy's. It kept saying my order was processed and couldn't be changed...but there was no order to pick up. The money was taken out of my account for the order, but again, no food...then, I'm asked what I had orderd...I give my order of TWO custom sandwiches and TWO drinks, I'm shown a receipt with the added items for the sandwiches and the two drinks, she says she wanted to make sure the order was correct. I get ONE sandwich, and , I showed you the receipt to make sure it was right, as an excuse...tha ks for nothing....never again
The people working there did not communicate well, also ignoring me when it suited them and being very short. The kitchen looked quite dirty with brown stains all over the wall. There were several workers (including one that appeared to be a manager) not wearing anything to prevent their hair from getting into the food.
I checked the hours on Google and they closed at 11:00 p.m. I pulled up to the speaker at 10:45pm to place my order. I was told "sorry we're closed" and I responded with well "it's not 11:00 yet is it?" They said no "we close at 10:45." None of the information anywhere online that I can see shows that they close at 10:45. Apparently the staff just close when they're ready.
Makes me so angry. Since they were closed I had to go elsewhere and get something to eat maybe the best choice is just to do that from now on and leave Wendy's on Broadway in Little Rock off my list
Young lady with Door Dash dropped my root beer. I told her that I need another one, she said okay and never came back with one. Made a complaint about the situation and less than one hours Door Dash declined my refund to replace my soda the young lady accidentally dropped on thr ground. I will never use, Door Dash ever again. I wasted a little over $40.00 dollars on a large combo meal large fries, soda and an bacon mushroom burger plus a second sandwich plus a large Frosty.
The food was average for Wendy's the bacon was burned. They didn't have any seasoned fries offered cinnamon rolls instead, cinnamon rolls were hard as brick unedible, even the kids wouldn't touch them.
Wendy’s in downtown Little Rock is rather busy during breakfast hours. The line is around the building out into the street. Today, I say all of this to say I was in line and was pleased with how quickly it moved. The staff had the cars moving. I could hear the lady on the speaker. My order was repeated back to me correctly. My order was correct, and my food was temperature hot.
