Friendliest staff I've ever come across, ordered the wrap with extra onion and it's the best I've ever had! Cleanest fast food restaurant I've ever been in! You don't get many of these experiences in Missouri!!
I placed an order through doordash (yes i know you don't expect the best food that way but still) my food got here, everything was cold, but one of the burgers was ice cold. like it had been sitting out for awhile. I then called up to the store and the man who answered the phone, whose name is “Robert” told me the only thing he could replace was one burger because “it was too late to call his boss and it was too much food to make”.
You messed my fries up . No problem. Just make me what I asked for again so it’s fresh and the way I ordered it. But instead you remake the fries with old fries that were cold when I pulled out of the drive through. Don’t waste your money here
I ordered a single cheeseburger a single plain add bacon and a jr burger plain and dry. Took them 3 times to get my bacon burger right. Meat bread and bacon is what I said like 4 times. Wanted a single cheeseburger. All I got was meat and cheese. This was a bad experience the guy making sandwiches was not communicating with the guy taking the burger. I took a picture of the reciapt.
I ordered a double with no cheese. I asked nicely twice and confirmed again no cheese. Got home. Cheese on the burger. He can’t eat it and don’t wish to drive back. Try to call and there’s no answer. How hard is it?

I truly did not want to give 1 star but there's no other option lower . Tonight on my way home late a pulled in and ordered 2 reg meals and 1 kids meal when my food was completed and handed out the window in 2 bags obviously light I looked down looked back in the window and was reassured verbally everything was good have a good night . Once home 1 sandwich call up to store and manager answers phone I explain the situation and he stats that the order was in my bag I asked him was you working the window or was you the guy that handed me my bags he answered nether ok so explain to me how is it that you are calling me a liar and he tried saying cause in the manager ok life tip to be a manager 1 must act accordingly in all situations I understand alot in life but to bluntly call a customer a liar unacceptable if this is how you belive life is it has some bad news for u and truly don't think I want to know what else is acceptable to do within your ranks to save money or rip customers off MR.I am the manager
