I have to admit, this Wendy's has gotten a lot better but it really depends on the day. I had a 2-star review earlier because at the time I based it on a Doordash customer experience, which isn't very fair and there's probably a million reviews here based on it. A couple cashiers were sour in the past but there's a friend of mine who works there that makes sure people's orders are correct, be it customers or Doordash delivery drivers. This location smells horrible. Like if the trash cans have not been cleaned in god knows how long… make me question how sanitary the kitchen really is. Then the manager on shift is rude as heck. Just not a decent place to enjoy lunch and that’s sad for a fast food restaurant
Love this place. The large frosty chocolate of course I'm old fashioned and got a burger also. Great food and even better service
Was missing half of my drive-thru order. When I came back to get the things she just said:" Here you go" . No apology, nothing.

I hardly ever write reviews but just have to for this place. Everytime I come here and I mean everytime which is kinda often. I have never waited less than 30 min. Line is never long but you have to wait forever. The employees are sooo rude!! I said thank you and they didn’t even look at me to hand me my card back and said nothing. Always check your food here. Multiple times they have forgotten the sandwich or the fries only for me to go back and wait in the line again. I love Wendy’s and it’s the only reason I come back but I always bring a book or something to do because it’s that long of a wait. Actually currently wrote this whole review sitting at the window waiting for my food. And still had plenty of time to spare. If you can go someone else please do!!
their chicken sandwitch is always so dry that i have put my own ketchup on to give it more flavor! hardies chicken sandwitch is better than this!
Went to drivethru, Short staffed, food took over 10 min then, food was dropped and had to be remade. Another 7 or 8 minutes later, received food and order was wrong. Had no time to wait to remake food again, just never going back to THAT particular location again.
Went just now to try and have breakfast. Walked in dinning room. Was told it was not opened when the sign clearly says 9am. No sign on door saying it was closed like the other day when i was there for lunch!!. Will not be back DAVE is rolling over!!
