Placed a mobile order, still took 15-20 minutes after we arrived. Food was room temperature a bit dry didn’t taste awful. The restaurant itself is dirty , there’s flies everywhere and the floors are messy and sticky. Service was below average. Fast food isn’t the same anymore. Went to this location when I was a kid and it just doesn’t hit anymore.
I'm sorry. This Wendy's location has really gone downhill! The food is never fresh and they are always out of sweet and sour sauce. I received old nuggets and the croutons for my salad were all crumbled! Not good.
First time I have come to this Wendy's. The beverage dispense was out of nearly every beverage on the menu, on a Sunday evening. The only drinks available were diet iced tea, sugar free root beer, and sparkling water.
The staff and crew were working hard, and very busy, the cleanliness was excellent, and the wait was reasonable for a busy evening.
I had to raise my voice to get the attention of the shift leader, and ask if they had fruit punch or coke available for the drive through. They had no fruit punch, not even on the drive through side.
I think next time I am desperate for a quick bite after a very long day I would be better off going further down the road for something more reliable.
Apparently the customer facing beverage dispenser is an extremely low priority item for maintenance and refill. This reflects a lack of concern for the customer on the part of management.
Duly noted, and I will avoid in future.
Idk where my review went, but these guys are rude, mess up every order, and take an hour to make a single order of just spicy nuggets; which they'll then throw through your window when they finally do bring it to you. They messed up my order entirely and instead of waiting an hour to try again, I just asked for a refund. They gave me $3 of the ~$20 I spent. Wasn't worth the headache going back. Don't go here.
The workers at this Wendy’s are so incredibly rude. There’s no greeting or any politeness while conversing. The food is always lukewarm warm and never fresh. We no longer come here because of these issues.
I've avoided reviewing this location because it's typically not the best, but that changed today! The cashier addressed my co-worker and I quickly, he took the time to make sure our order was entered correctly, the food came out quickly and accurately and the young lady that gave us our food was friendly ????
Went through drive that's why atmosphere isn't filled out. Food was good. Windows staff were polite
What can be said about Wendy's? Compared to other fast food offerings I would say Wendy's is far superior to the competition. However like every other business establishment in the world they're blaming lack of service lack of menu offerings cleanliness of the facilities all kinds of things on covid and the subsequent lack of people willing or able to work. While Wendy's has a broad selection of menu items some of which are healthier than others historically I take the ones that are not so healthy. Overall I would say Wendy's is superior to McDonald's and Burger King and Taco Bell and all of the other fast food competition. But as with any other chain you are held hostage to a particular locations Staffing and management.
