Best WLM Reviews

Amazing to not only burn the bun, but to also somehow serve it cold as well. Oh and it was the wrong burger, waited in line 20 minutes for them to forget what a baconator is. Every time I come here anymore the order is wrong every time, and I have to get it fixed. They're 3 item orders with no modifications. I really don't understand how the line is that poorly managed
I can't rate the food because the service was so bad. As the third person in line to order, I left after 25 minutes of standing in line and only making it to #2 in line and still no one to take our orders. Went to City barbecue next door.
The cashier was sweet and professional. She needed to call the, I guess... the Manager over who never said a word to us or even made eye contact with us. The food was not fresh and we arrived at around 12:10. Fries were less than warm and the meat on our burgers was dry and also less than warm. We usually go to the one on Outer loop by New Cut, they are always fresh and seem more happy with their interactions. Thankful for the cashier.
Will read reviews for now on. Sad how this Wendy's is so unsatisfactory.
OH NO, went to restroom before leaving. Standing water in sink and stinks like it has been there a while. No blower or papertowels to be found......keep driving and know this is not a normal Wendy's. At least in my experience.
It had been a really long time since we had eaten at a Wendy's restaurant. So, me & my significant other thought, why not let's dine in.
What a mistake that was. The young lady that took our order did not seem very enthusiastic about her job. We got our food and found a place to sit down. The soda machines were out of about half of there selection, there was no ice. The men's restaurant was completely out of order.
The food was not very good at all. We ordered a chicken sandwich, was so hard and thin, it was ridiculous.
We had also ordered the chicken ranch wrap. Let's just say the chicken looked just terrible, it was a really dark brown and it was dried out. Needless to say we did not eat much of our food, except the fries that were decent.
While looking around, we noticed the floors were filthy, as if they hadn't been mopped in a long time. Most of the dinning tables were dirty, even though there were plenty of staff there and only about 4-5 customers dinning in at that time.
When we departed the restaurant we both agreed with one another, we will not be visiting that Wendy's location again.
Went through the drive thru around 7:30pm and waited at the speaker for 15 minutes. The person then proceeds to take our order i order a LARGE strawberry lemonade and they gave me a medium with a gnat in it. Cool so i park and get out and i stand at the counter for about another 10 minutes while all the employees just looking at me and the girl who is supposed to be at the window comes around the corner with food in her face. What a terrible customer service. Finally a lady come up to me and asks what the issue is and i tell her there’s a gnat in my drink and she looked at me like she wanted me to prove it to her so fine i struggled to open the lid and she looks shocked and offers me a cup of water. I told her NO i want a new drink also letting her know i ordered a large. She dumped out the old drink and poured the new drink in the SAME medium cup. This is absolutely disgusting but i couldn’t bring myself to tell them so i brought it here. Never coming back ????????
Server did not speak English very well, and it took 15 minutes to get our order correct. There is mold all over the ceilings. Floor is dirty. There were 6 people visible, and none of them could mop the floor or clean tables , The restaurant and drive through were empty, so it wasn't busy.
We left the Zoo and of course had kiddos hungry, we stop in I’m concerned about kids not paying attention to the atmosphere truly until I see a woman sneeze and cough right into her hand and bare hand grab our nuggets to put in a box. That’s when I fully examined the area there was melted ice cream all over the place. Not one employee handling anything where doing so in a food handlers safe way. I requested a refund the manager came up and was eating food as she was trying to give me the refund she then tells me I’m lying never swiped the card I was trying to put the money back on. She could barely understand English which caused a language barrier. There was one sweet employee who was trying her hardest who informed me the crew including the manager on shift Jennifer refuses to give this girl management contact info or anything. I then in return have to call the police to get a refund a refund a good way to waste our police time to come deal with this right. Thankfully they were very nice and came back with cash in hand and it made me question why couldn’t they just give me a refund as well this is ridiculous in many ways. I’m more so worried about the work place environment,. The fact their was no health code letter on this building no one in that building even acted as if they were certified and if they were they forgot everything they learned. I only attached one photo as the videos I have will go to corporate
This place is a joke. A few years ago I was bragging on the taste of their nuggets. The staff that made those is long gone. I assume the turnover is high and this place has been riddled with issues that I could list here but I'll just focus on today's experience.
So today's experience: I pull up to the drive thru at 4:10 pm and I'm excited to use my Wendy's Wednesday offer. Someone mumbles through the speaker "we only have two people until 4:30 and we will make orders then." So you can't make your job work with two people for 20 minutes? An idea would be to close the interior, one on the speaker and the other cooking the food for 20 minutes. The real kicker is that I drive around and presumably the same girl who spoke to me is handing drinks outwards to a car. So you can serve them but not me? If it wasn't for the zoo I'm pretty sure this location would have been gone long ago.
