Stay away from this location, fries slightly warm, sndwich is trash, can't wait until a robot can make the sandwiches. If you don't want to do your job, just stay home and close the doors. Thats better than literally robbing your customer.
Went to Wendy's on Glenn Side and Staples Mills Rd Henrico VA and purchased 2 Bacon egg and cheese English Muffin combos and both of the Bacon English Muffins had one piece of bacon split in half and everything was cold. Worst $15.00 meal ever. Shame on you Wendy's
Ordered a Taco salad. Got home . No tortilla chip for the salad. Only a container of salsa and what looks like it may be chilli? Not sure . Called back asked to speak with a manager I was told we are busy now and too many orders she can’t talk to you. Told me to hold on and then someone came along and hung up the phone . Very rude customer service. No such thing as customer service any more . No one is available to help .and charged me $12 for nothing smh this is what I got . I deserve a refund ! AND NO SOUR CREAM !
Arrived at 130am to pickup an order and waited 30 minutes, there was a car in front of me. As soon as I get to the speaker “sorry , we’re closed” (automated message)
How is that true if online and on your app it says open until 2 am?
Classic ???? wait until the actual closing time and come to window and say “we’re closed” I know you all have cameras and have sensors on the drive thru. And I know you all have a working telephone. I call and no answer.

I ordered a Taco Salad through drive thru this evening. When I opened it the lettuce was slimy. The bag of chips was outdated by 2 months. Manager was very rude. I am done with this location.
Terrible terrible eww!!! Just Do Not Go!!!
I called to report my food to manger I told them my kid said the pickle tasted funny and he sip up his food. and they called my phone and told me that is why they messed up my order. I am calling the BBB health department and I will be filing a police report!! Terrible they tried to hurt my KID!
Just experienced a new one. In the drive thru and was told to “come inside” because they were doing shift change. I’m ready for the robot workers.
Great food quick service and clean restaurant. General manager was very polite. Employees are friendly. Love to visit again and again.
