Food was very good. Very nice people behind the counter taking our order. The manager using the code for our coupon was friendly. Will definitely be back. Also bought 5 Boo Books for Halloween. $1 for 5 JR Frostys.
Stopped by tonight, two employees were outside at the back smoking. One was disposing of garbage. The employee handling payments appeared to be under the influence of drugs. The employee responsible for trash disposal then went directly to the food area and began preparing an order without washing his hands. Later, I discarded the food as I found the establishment to be unclean. The owner ought to feel embarrassed.
Absolute worst Wendy's you will ever go to. Not only are the employees rude as hell, but usually by the time you get your food it's cold or you can tell it's just sat out for hours. Have literally never gotten a hot meal from this location, nor good service. You'll sit at the drive thru order window and be told "hold on" for 18-20 mins before your order is even taken and then you'll sit for about 20 more minutes in the line. No reason someone should come for breakfast, sit at the order window for the entire last 30 mins of breakfast and NOT be able to order what they came for when it WASN'T THEIR FAULT THEIR ORDER WASN'T TAKEN 30 MINS PRIOR.
Do not go to this Wendy's. 93% health inspector rating, which means they need to be re-inspected like yesterday because even the drive thru window is nasty
This place is horrible in the evening especially.. they would wait atleast 5 minutes in between each person in the drive thru to take orders & there was clearly no one in the lobby it’s ridiculousl. I was in the drive thru for 30 minutes & finally pulled off
Had lunch at Wendy's today. Service was good, young man on floor cleaning tables, and most importantly, food order was correct and hot and good.
Clean rest rooms , and lobby , I was in and out people if you haven't tried the triple berry frosty you should its great. Later peeps.
Extremely long wait. Lobby was closed despite the app indicating that it was open. Undercooked meat.
Pass on this location until they commit to be better
I don't know why this location can't keep workers or if the quality of workers is that poor but this has to be the worst possible fast food drive-thru that I've ever experienced in my entire life as a human being at 38 years old. I went to Arby's and had my food in less than 5 minutes. Trash management is all I can assume at this point. This place fell off and never got back up. You'll show up and be the only one in line and it still takes over a minute to be acknowledged at the intercom. Y'all need to get corporate involved unless they also don't care. It's sad.
