Irishman tries Wendy's , as they're opening up a location here next year I'm happy to report we're in for a treat . The Baconator was lovely , the fries were well cooked and seasoned and the chicken bites has stacks of flavour. Very good fast food
It was a quick pop in for lunch. The restaurant was clean, service was friendly, but it was a bit chaotic inside. The food was served fairly quickly. It was good as expected. The experience was all in all good.
I was very disappointed with my time today at Wendy's. I ordered combo meal with sides and they forgot both of them. When I called their service line, they told me to come back for a refund "meal". At this time, I was very happy with there response but little did I know it didn't end well. When I got there I was told to wait for my refund "meal" in a spot but the proceeded to have me waiting for 30+ min.The only way they knew I was still there was by me going in and asking if my "meal" was ready. They were apologetic, but I did waste an hour total at Wendy's. I hope they do better in the future.
The manager of this location (on duty at 6pm on Friday 11/8) was just doing such an awesome job managing this location. For once, a great experience eating fast food.
This is my preferred Wendys. They've all mostly been redone in my area, so they're all nice to sit in, but this one is quieter, has good service, is set further back off the road, and has some pretty landscaping to top it off.
I grew up in this Wendy's and never had any serious complaints. Only thing I can say needs improving is their app, especially with drive-thru features, but besides that it's all good. (Also I'm now blaming this location for the app I know it isn't their fault).
Food was good, service was fine, but hard to understand some of the employees. Really easy to order online; don't even need to download the app.
Very nice and CLEAN location, emphasis on clean because for some reason a lot of other places don’t get the memo to clean.
Went inside and the line was fast and smooth, took the order with complete accuracy, and the food was hot and fresh, that’s really all you can ask for when visiting anywhere for lunch. Will return.
