Best WLM Reviews
Honestly this is like the 8th time they’ve forgotten/ messed up our order I’m very disappointed as someone who works in fast food you are waisting so much product I did not ask for and they forgot my fries last time my boyfriend got attitude from one of the workers cause they didn’t wanna give him the boo book he paid for and they never customize the food the way I order it which is upsetting , I would love to eat here more if the staff was nicer and actually got the order right :)
I don't like leaving negative reviews. But I ordered baconater fries. They just looked awful. In no way appetizing. It still tasted great. But It had little to no cheese and bacon.
Sam is a manager who hates his job and lies . I was hung up on and lied to 3 times cause I asked for 5 butter packets after spending 30$+ in his restaurant. Never again and I will be contacting corporate. The worst I've ever been treated in my 40 years of eating fast food..
First and last visit, ordered 2 chilis, a hamburger with pickles only and one baked potato. No napkins, no utensils to eat with and no cheese on the chili as we ordered. I will skip this place and leave room for the people that eat their food like a dog
The service was horrible. The staff was rude to us and showed no common decency. The fries were Luke warm and horrible. There were no customers in front of us and for the two orders that I had it took them all of 8 minutes to get the food out to us. I have been a general manager of a Taco Bell and a Dairy Queen in the past and I know no what good and fast service is and this is not it. Don’t waste your time.
Always kind and helpful staff. Close to gasoline and shopping. Clean and efficient. Have a picnic at the park on the river across the way! Well lit and very safe. Across from the St Albans Police station. New soda flavors! Grape-orange Yummo! Delish Chili! Add Cheese!
Manager over heard me talking to wife on phone and thought I was tt order taker so I took her scolding and let her be right never saying another thing.
10/23/24 For some reason they would not make mobile orders. We're supposed to just pick them up off the shelf. I went in to pick up 2 mobile orders and then I ordered something else at the counter. They gave me the counter order then I had to wait longer for the mobile orders.i don't know why they weren't making them. It took 35 minutes to get the mobile order ready.
4/29/23 I have been impressed lately. When I order I ask for fresh spicy nuggets and the order taker is nice about it and cheerfully gets them started. I still have to check the bag because they accidentally put the old hard nuggets in my bag but they had the fresh ones ready and gave them to me quickly and let me keep the old ones but they were not edible unfortunately.
Previous review: Spicy nuggets are always OLD and HARD as a rock even when they're busy -even if you specifically ask for freshly made nuggets. Why bother to sell them? Obviously not enough people are buying them so they're just sitting there under the heat lamp drying out and hardening. Your new claim to "Hot & Crispy Gauranteed" is not being seen.
