Pulled up to the drive through window and it was very filthy. The employee was using the cup to scoop ice which is a health concern as it can contaminate the ice. The food was cold. When I asked for a receipt they couldn't give me one. I won't be coming here again.
This is the worse run Wendy's in town, I swear. Always takes forever to get your food. Today I had 6 cars ahead of me and it took 22 minutes for me to get my wrong order. Yup, I wanted a salad. I get to work and there is NO chicken on the salad. I paid $8.69 for some lettuce and apples and cranberries! No one will pick up the phone and there is no way I am wasting another 1/2 hour of my lunch on that place. On TOP of that they let the delivery truck park in a way that totally blocked the incoming traffic to get in line for placing their orders and people were all trying to back up and go down the wrong way to turn around and get in line. Craziness. I have no idea who runs that place but they need some lessons.
I ordered the Classic Asiago Club with no tomato and received tomato and regular American cheese. I told the cashier, Raniya and she immediately caught an attitude and had another guy come over. With the attitude and profane music playing in the facility, I really didn’t trust them to remake my sandwich without tampering with it so I asked for a refund. I was denied a refund and was told to call the corporate or the district. My husbands burger had a temperature that suggested it had been sitting for hours. Upon pulling up to the window, we asked for everything to be fresh. Cashier basically dismissed us. Super unprofessional.
The night crew is terrible, long lines just to get cold food doesn't make sense you would think they were cooking everything fresh to order how long the wait time be. But you spend 30min. In the drive stuck bumper to bumper and get your food just too discover it's cold and old. Tonight they were fully staffed and still couldn't get it right. I wanted my money back it was that bad no tomatoe on my Jr bacon when that's my favorite fries and nuggets hard and cold. I think I'm done with fast food especially this Wendy's they'll never get another dime from me..
Horrible service. Employees kept looking at you, having personal conversation on bluetooth. Never even acknowledged you. Not the first time that I have been to this store and had terrible service .
Did a mobile order I went to pick it up and the manager was rude to me as soon as I said I had mobile order. Her exact words were “we can’t make your order we only have one person, you need to cancel” with an attitude. Didn’t give me an opinion to wait or come back later and refused to cancel my order on her end. So a 50$ order and there’s no way to get my money back until Monday morning at 8 when I can contact corporate.
Every time I go here, there is always a problem with them making my food. They never make it right. There were a couple times we got to their drive thru 30 minutes before closing and they refused to take out order.
Did an online order and they claimed they didnt have it but still took my money. I paid twice for food that was cold, with unseasoned fries ! Asked for honey mustard they gave me barbecue sauce. Never coming back & im calling to get my money back! The app doesnt have an option for an order mishap either.
