Ordered a pretty simple order, for $13 for a burger, it should come out as ordered. Banconator with no mayo, and I got not only mayo, bur extra, so much extra I couldn't even eat the sandwich and it's the only viable stop I have on my way up north with our time constraints. No matter how busy a place.can be, there's no excuse to miss modifications. Do better
This is by far one of the worst Wendys I’ve been to. Every single time I come here, I wait in the drive thru line for ages! This last time I came, I waited for almost 20 minutes. I watched 4 other cars behind me leave because it was taking so long. I myself finally left because I got tired of waiting. It’s ridiculous. It might be time to get new management/employees in this store!
They made me the best single I have had in a long time! Beef was nice and hot, toppings cold and crisp! Thank you!
I have to admit. I'm still in shock. Because I had THE BEST CHILI that I've ever had in my miserable Life!!! I almost didn't put any crackers into it bc I couldn't bear to be the one to diminish its provenance. I feel incredibly blessed to have been at the right place and time for that Chef to prepare such a profound dish. Where's Michelin when you need them?
I very much like their spicy chicken sandwich. I also recommend their salads and the baked potatoes. My favorite is the chilli and cheese - even though it isn't listed on the menu any longer.
I tried their new "Chocolate Frosty Cream Cold Brew". The good part was that it was more like coffee rather than a dessert. The down side was that it ended up being like just a coffee with a bit of chocolate milk mixed in. It was fine, but not stellar. I guess it depends on what you are looking for.
Wouldn’t even give 1 star .. I had my boyfriend get me food I am pregnant.. I asked for a Asiago chicken sandwich meal with a strawberry lemonade in the food I got was stale and Old.. we tried to call and no answer and the line was wrapped around the building by the time we tried to go back
Neither of them knew how to work a card reader. I told them the strip didn't work and they needed to use the chip, but somehow they still ended up having to enter it manually and I was missing part of my order.
Edited Review: This place was recently renovated and it has the sterile look of any other place now. Bland and ugly. Less seating.
Less seating must be the reason to ignore customers who walk in. Stood in like 20-25 minutes. Was never even acknowledged. Other customers standing in line also. Left and went elsewhere.
New sterile interior - and poor service.
