Waited for hour 15-20 minutes on our order and went inside and food was just sitting there. Trash service do better. Caleb took the order and told us to park when we went in his eyes got big and starting packing it fast?? How do u forget do ur job u get paid 20?? Manager sucks to whole place trash
Never never order your food from Wendy on kings canyon and clovis ave. Hamburgers and fries are all cold and all the hamburgers have no lettuce,tomatoes, and ketchup. This was ordered on line. We call Wendy and they said that their receipt shows nothing on them. All this was combo order. They charge us full prices for all our combo meals. Very bad place to eat and order you foods. Never again will order from this place.I didn’t want to give one star but I have no choice. I hope people read the reviews first before they order their food.
Gave me dry and stale food, cold burgers with what appeared to be ketchup smeared on the bun, and fries hard to chew, I used to love Wendy's quality, but now there right there alongside McDonald's to me now, sad, please close your business if you cannot provide quality service
Bro my dad brought me my Wendy's as soon as l opened my bag, I saw my fries were half raw.
Especially a few of them were cooked on one half and raw the other. I was hungry so l obviously ate some and realized later they were raw. I think my chicken nuggets were probably raw too because my stomach started to hurt. 0/10 meal bro, y'all needa lock in and do your job please.
Worst food i have ever been served an with a attitude i want full refund fries were probably 30 mins old. No trouble at register rhis is what they are serving. An wont answer phone to even let u complain or even attempt refund will never eat at this location again
Always come for the biggie bag , in the area it's the best fast food to go to , they take care of there business
Great breakfast deal, 2 for $3 sausage biscuits! The biscuits were nice and fresh and buttery.
The only thing I can say is that the workers are nice. But you kind of have to be when you make someone wait 20mins for your food! The drive thru and inside are both long waits! And then you order a large fries, and you get this! A hand full of times I have been inside and just watched the workers fumble and argue with each other, Corporate or management needs to get them some type of team training again.
