Every experience gets worse now days. Fries soggy, missing food, nuggets cold, nothing fast about this food but the price inflation. Can never get through to them on the phone. This use to be a good location. Idk what’s happening now but it’s been toooo many errors lately. Can’t even get a receipt to even show proof of the missing food. But yall got my money though.
ahhh. I wish they'd be a bit better. Drive through experience doable, but ordered no ice in my lemonade and regular chicken sandwich, definitely NOT spicy. Had to pull over and wait, there wasn't really other cars but okay. The lemonade was FULL of ice and chicken sandwich not fresh, cardboard quality zero flavor EXCEPT spicy as hellllll
This was the worst experice ever will not be back! Floor is extremely sticky! 15 workers and no one to help the front cashier! Absolutely worst experience I blame mangament conversation with friends and coworkers more important!
This is by far one of my favorite places to go get lunch when I'm in Lake Station. The food is good and affordable and it tastes really good. And the staff are absolutely awesome and you get your food really quick. And I def love the Saucy Nuggs that they have. Absolutely love them. Can just never stop coming back for more as well as their Baconator Fries. And I also love how they come out with the different flavors of frosties each month
I was debating on making this review because i really hate to be that way but tonight i had enough.. i ordered my food on doordash, which before anyone says anything it was not my dashers fault, I was on the phone with my dasher when the MANAGER says someone had already picked up my order which is impossible because it was only assigned to that dasher... i called the store and told them the same thing, it was only assigned to her and her only can you please just give my dasher the food and the Manager got very rude and disrespectful about the Situation. I explained again that the dasher there to pick up was the only one that was assigned to the order... The manager then got loud on the phone and said, im not remaking the food, i cant help you contact doordash... and i said but no one else was ever assigned to it.... she screamed CALL DOORDASH not me, and hung up on me... Now I then cancelled the order and re ordered.... the same dasher who i was on the phone with got assigned to it. she was in the drive thru line the whole time. Witnessed this Manager yelling at the customer in front of her, and then when it was her turn she said she had a doordash for me, the manager yelled on the Intercom and said THATS BEEN PICKED UP and she said no she just replaced the order, and she said yeah it was picked up.. the dasher had to literally say to her ive been waiting in line this whole time.. only one person has been through here and placed an order, that is impossible, and the manager just said pull around.... WHY is the manager lying?? over some dumb food... i dont get it... HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!! Then once i received my order i was missing my chili, i had onions on my sandwich and i was missing my condiments for my potato, but dont worry they gave me every conditment under the sun for the chili they forgot…
I had ordered a chicken wrap and I get home my wrap is all messed up. The food was cold. The customer service was very horrible the girl that had red hair and wears glasses had a horrible attitude and I told them I was missing something in my order and it took them 10 mins to give me the item was missing. The fries tasted like they have been sitting all day.
Store manager's need to monitor their employees from time to time to get a customer's perspective. I was picking up an order and the cashier was chewing on his nails while taking the order of the couple in front of me....eeww! Then proceeded to tap on the register keys. Can anyone say germs! Next employee on shift needs to wipe that down. Then when he was handing me my order he was just inches away from actuality putting it in my grasp. Instead he plops it down on the counter for me to grab. Not a good look Wendy's.
Amazing service and environment the staff was over the top friendly and the ambience of the remodel is superb... climate was comfy and bathrooms were clean. Food was 100% correct and fresh. The app gave great offers.
