Everybody was nice and everything, and the service was actually quite quick today which I know is not the norm for this location. But what inspired my review today is that I ordered a junior bacon cheeseburger and was quite disappointed when I started eating it as I got down the road to find out that there’s no lettuce, no tomato and there was so much ketchup in it. It was as if they were trying to compensate for no tomato by adding more ketchup. Bless their hearts. This is probably the worst JBC Ive had yet.
All good and delicious. But the only strange thing is that AMEX isn't accepted. Should look into getting that changed. I use it for food purchases for rewards. Other than that, food is excellent and service was fast during lunch hour.????
Walls near the order counter were covered with flies, foor in the eating area was cluttered with garbage, bathrooms were gross. Employees struggled to understand simple English. Used to be a nice place. Obviously under new management since I was here a few year's ago.
The Krabby Patty is a scam. It's just a number one with the pineapple frosty.
They made mine extra special... extra pink and extra cold.
Took it back for a refund and the manager wanted to argue with me about it. Told him he doesn't have an argument, unless it was his intention to undercook my food.
$13.50 for a half-cooked mediocre burger, luke warm fries and a vanilla frosty with pineapple flavored snot.
I got breakfast or early lunch and I was right before the rush, so I sailed through, had a good chat & went on my way. The food was hot, fresh & what I ordered. Friendly people!
I come to this gas station frequently and every time it’s busy. Employees appear to not really care. They only work as hard as what they get paid for tho right? I don’t have any complaints on the food quality just the wait time is Ridiculous. The drive thru line expect to wait forever. Might as well go in the lobby and enjoy the air conditioning
Wish I could leave 0 stars. The employees were SO slow. We waited in line for over 30 min and there were only 4 people in front of us. The employees totally ignored the growing line until someone had to go and call for their attention and ask them to start taking orders. Could have gone to a sit down restaurant faster than this place
Keep getting more disappointed every visit. The point of mobile orders is to have the order ready to just pick up and go. Not making it when I get there and having to wait forever for my food.
