you can always tell when your putting someone out by interrupting their phone play to place an order , food was cold , cheese not even kinda melted and the lobby looks like a hospital room
I was blown away this morning by the friendly service and amazing breakfast. I arrived at the drive through 6 minutes after they opened. I ordered a Maple Chicken sandwich for myself and a Sausage and Egg sandwich for my husband. The gentleman who took my order had a wonderful and welcoming attitude. I was greeted with a big smile at the pay window and received my order almost instantly. Omg! Both sandwiches were perfect. Hot, crispy and delicious. Well done to the early shift at this location. You helped change a tough morning into a great way to start our day. Cheers!
Perfect protein style burgers. This standard should be across all burger joints worldwide lol. Submitted the order through the app and the great staff knew how to make it right. Unlike other places where I gotta tirelessly explain how to do it. 10/10
I called this store. Asked if they served burgers during breakfast. They said yes, that I would have to wait just a little bit. I said that would be fine. My employee drove over 30 minute. Drive for him to get to the store. And they tell him they don't do. Burgers during breakfast, very disappointed waste of time for my employee to drive all the way over there will never go to Wendy's ever again.
Yesterday I went through the drive through and when then told me how much my order cost i told them no the screen said 11.98 and the drive through person was completely rude about it I asked for a recipe with my purchase pulled over and they charged me more for someone else's order but gave me the right food so I went in and asked for a refund they gave me a refund that I still have yet to get. The employees here are completely rude and the managers don't do anything to solve a problem. I come here multiple times before using the drive thru and I've had the window shut in my face asking for different sauces and just have always left disappointed
I love Wendy’s but this Cave Creek,AZ restaurant is disgusting. Dead cricket on floor beside never been mopped, drink dispenser dirty and bathroom dirty. Food wasn’t even up to Wendy’s standards. Won’t be coming back to this location. 4815 E Carefree Hwy Bldg 2, Cave Creek, AZ 85331
This is my first to have a lunch at Wendy's. All I can say is I am very happy! The staffs are so friendly. Thanks a lot to Tim as the Manager and Karen for all the kindness that they give to us. Trust me, I won't forget this beautiful day. I think Wendy's do a very good job for their employees! Love from me.
Got to say after getting my haircut and doing some shopping at the grocery store this was a welcome easy go to and God only knew that they had dreamsicle frosties....
Couldn't be happier as a 70 year old!!
