My family went in around 8pm tonight. It took a while for someone to take our order. The only person working was the cook and some white dude. Everyone else was in a circle cuessing and not helping. I asked the guy for a fork he said yea then, he never gave it to me when he was next to it then I had to ask someone else. We went to go buy frosty and the guy was rude and acted like he didn’t want to serve us. Spent almost 50 dollars tonight for food for crappy service. I felt very unwelcome. Then it wasn’t even 10pm yet and he locking the doors so nobody else can come in. What happened to good service. Then someone was pulled up in the drive thru waited 10/15 mins because the People just standing in a circle playing around instead of getting food out. While we were eating a guy was cleaning and sprayed us and our food with the chemicals that was in the bottle.
This has to be the slowest Wendy's EVER. The food late at night is not good. Buns were hard. Meat was soggy. Fries were not hot. No reason the drive thru should take 10 mins when no one is in line.
Normal Wendy's, clean and nice. We got the salads. I we got the California Berry salad and the Cobb salad. Both were good. One nice thing about the Wendy's salads is that the dressing packet is actually big enough. In most places you need to get 2 packets.
We had the double stack biggie bag with two mini frostys The food was great The attendant was Madison she smiled and completed the order quickly thanks for make our day for a great meal. Get the frosty tag it is a great donation with a great reward.
I ordered Uber eats and got this chicken wrap for my lunch almost no chicken or cheese but packed with lettuce. I’ve had these before when I went to a location. Why is it we pay more to get it with Uber eats and the quality is awful!
Went here and ordered two loaded baked potato’s, with (no chilli) emphasis on the chilli part. My reason for this is because both people I got them for have a gluten allergy (celiacs). This can in doses be fatal and/or make them violently ill. The guy who took my order. Younger gentleman. Not very nice at all. I told him three times no chilli. I drive all the way home and guess what’s on the potatoes…
My wife ordered a Dave’s Single and asked for it to be prepared with everything except mayonnaise. As she was about to pull off she checked the sandwich only to find it had mayonnaise. So, she drove back around to the window to express that the sandwich was prepared incorrectly. She stated (I wasn’t there) that she got attitude from the Mexican/Hispanic female at the window. However, another sandwich was prepared. This time she drove home only to open the wrapper and found the second sandwich contains mayonnaise. I need someone in management to help me understand how this happens. Not once but two times the same mistake is made. Sub-standard service. Sub-standard!
They can’t make your order right at all. I went 3 times to get basically the same items each time and its never right. The potato was still hard. They gave spicy nuggets instead of regular and left the fries out. Ridiculous
