I ordered a EGG & CHEESE BISCUIT . You surely can see the CHEESE ! No doubt that it’s MISSING . Went back through the drive through to get a fresh biscuit argued with the manager for abt 10 minutes about it being fresh & he swore it was . 5 seconds later the same biscuit was handed back out to me , WARMED UP IN THE MICROWAVE , the wrapper was so hot to the touch that I couldnt even hold it in my hand and the biscuit was HARD . Clearly microwaved . Very disappointed with this Lakecity Wendy’s . -10/10 WOULDN'T RECOMMEND.
Chicken BLT has no bacon or tomato plus you try to contact customer service online and that don't work either you try to upload picture and it just cancelled it out. I won't go back very disappointed sandwich was extremely small and the one I got sold says it was upgraded to a larger sandwich but that to us small not at all what I expected.
The worst Wendy's I've seen. It wasn't clean, the food was thrown in bags, the cashier Jazy was giving out wrong orders. This was the only food chain around so people were forced to eat here. Truck drivers were complaining about the quality of food and it being cold. It's a good thing I only ordered a frosty that took 20 min to get with only 3 people ahead of me. Do yourself a favor and take your hungry self to the next exit. Stay away! You've been warned. Ewww
The employees were friendly. The food was delicious and hot. The restaurant was clean. The floor was sticky in some places but that was the only thing wrong with the visit.
It's been a few years since I last visited this location. Nicely remodeled, looked clean, very enthusiastic crew, got a kids' meal for my grandson and he enjoyed the meal and loved the toy: Dinosaurs!
Breakfast used to be good. It's progressively gotten worse lately. Last 2 times it's tasted freezer burnt and microwaved to death. Will not be back ✌️
Way to much salt on fries. After huge commercials talking about there bomb fires. Smh it was so bad after rubbing the salt off they were still salty lol. Fast service but fries suck. I ordered a number 7 large with a coke. Here is the large fry. Get it together Wendy's. Spicy chicken sandwich always comes with mayonnaise lettuce and tomato I opened it up and it's plain. Do yourself a favor and go to a different Wendy's
Honestly one of the worst Wendy's I've been to. Every time I go they give me the incorrect order, are out of everything I ask for, or just let me sit in the drive thru for 5 plus minutes without addressing me when there is only one car ahead of me and the lobby isn't even open.
