At this Wendy’s at 8 PM on a Tuesday they let you know that they only take exact change for your order so the employees in there no matter what grade they’re in can’t count to give you back your proper change so you have to have exact coins to pay for your meal and they don’t take any type of Credit card debit card electronic payment for all that they might as well close the store because what makes sense if your people can’t count why are you even hiring them? I blame this on the Allentown school district. No child left behind. No one can count kindergarten education only but in the 12th grade.
Ordered 2 10 piece nuggets meals, a kids nugget meal and a hamburger and was told to wait in the parking lot because it was a “big order”. Proceeded to wait over 10 minutes and no one came out. Had to go in and get the food myself and it was cold. Stay away from this Wendy’s.
Food poisoning. Throwing up all night. Refried fry’s to make the hot again and the meat was so old I had one bite and was done. This Wendy’s is does not represent all Wendy’s that’s for sure. Garbage. Will not be eating Wendy’s for a long time.
The Wendy’s off of Lehigh street is trash! The service is trash so ghetto not only that they keep asking to have exact change in order to make a purchase! Close it down or rehire a whole new team!
They are doing something shady like fraud. Ordered in drive through today. They said the order was $9.49 and receipt at the next window. I asked again at next window and they said they don't have amd they charges my card $11.99 plus wrong order!!! They didn't give me pinneapple sauce and instead of large fries I got medium. Not the first time they did that with the payment thing!! Never going there again.
The food at this Wendy’s is always so so. It’s a Wendy’s nothing to write home about but the staff there is a 2 star at best. Drive thru times are long, I ordered 2 drinks that apparently were out of stock on and instead of asking for another drink for the order the workers decided to just leave them out and not even give a drink.
Other cashiers mocked me going through the drive thru and after continuing like i didn't hear them to keep the peace they took my debit card information and tried using it elsewhere in Allentown. Definitely avoid and cash only when you go!
As soon as I entered, the place seemed clean, but the kitchen appeared outdated compared to other Wendy’s locations in the area. The cashier appeared inexperienced and made several errors. He stated on the receipt that I have had ordered a double of one sandwich and I originally requested plain cheeseburger, but when I requested the cheeseburger. When I had a Buy One Chicken Sandwich and get one free, I asked for one Spicy Chicken and one Classic Chicken Sandwich, which both were given as a Classic. The supervisor offered a complimentary drink, but upon returning home, we discovered that our taco salad was actually a plain garden salad with brown lettuce and tomatoes. We received no chilli or taco shell with our taco salad. Our spicy sandwich was just a regular chicken sandwich. Consequently, we won’t be returning to this Wendy’s for a while. To make matters worse, they gave me a Dave’s Double instead of a plain cheeseburger. On the positive side, parking is easily accessible.
