My order was messed up. They gave me an entirely different menu item. I had to throw out the coffee too. It doesn’t feel like anybody is in control at that store. Just everybody doing their own things. I didn’t even bother to complaint at the desk. Gave me a feeling they really don’t care about anything over there.
There is somebody at this Wendy’s who is a bonafide artist. I stopped in late Wednesday night at around 10:30 to get a double cheeseburger. What I unwrapped was straight out of a tv commercial! So impressed. It’s the little things people! Keep up the great work guys!
One employee grabbed fries with his hands and placed them in the container for the drive thru. 8 employees standing around while people stood at the counter for assistance. Somehow we accidentally ordered the wrong sauce and the employee argued with us over it. We aren't trained to order food on a kiosk, that's what you're getting paid for..... not me. Wouldn't correct our order. Waited 20 minutes for our cold food. Still amazed over the lack of work ethic and attitude from their employees.
We like to go here it's closer to our home but after the experience we had tonight we will NOT be returning back there at all!!! I don't know who the short lady was working the drive thru she was also at the counter getting orders ready and she thought it would be an AMAZING idea to throw my chicken nuggets the family pack and my BBQ sauce on the counter! I had asked the other worker why she would just throw my food like that on the counter and she was like I don't know and shrugged it off! She then proceeded to whisper to the short lady that I was not happy that she threw my food and they both laughed and smiled like it was a joke! Not at all was it a joke I took my food back to my car and told my husband what happened when went in to speak with the manager and I am not sure if nothing was done about this matter! I can promise you I will NOT BE RETURING TO THAT REATURANT!!! I will go else where that was poor customer service and I didn't deserve to be treated like that at all!!!
The BEST Wendy's on the planet! Food is always HOT and FRESH, and service is fast and friendly. I always stop at Loves when I pass through on my way to Rochester or Buffalo. Gas is cheaper/great price and the bathrooms are SUPER CLEAN and MODERN. Thank you Loves for your all around great service!
Worst customer service i ever had,it was a first day was thinking to try wendy’s but this store WORST
Food was delicious and fresh! Liliana was killing it. She was running the register and making an orders. She was running circles around those boys, lol that girl needs a raise. She brewed us fresh iced tea and went above and beyond.
Service vry vry vry bad, cashier not taking order for long period of time ( 30mins + without any line up )
