Was pleasantly surprised....a 360 from last visit!!! The service was excellent...the tables were all clean...the bathrooms were clean...and the food was good! Last visit it was cold, hard chicken in a wrap. Both my husband's and my meal were great! The girl at the register was also fast and efficient. I think her name was Sofia...not sure!????.....again returned to this Wendy's.....food was great...try the bacon mushroom burger!....service was great and dinning room was clean. Will def come back!!
Never end up with what I order here. The last 3 orders I’ve gotten were messed up and this last time the guy said “it’s all in there” and didn’t add the fries.
I'm only giving it a four star because the inside was closed for no reason and the drive-thru was backed all the way up around the whole place. The food was really good though
Bought a single pretzel baconator, it had 3 small pieces of bacon on it. Took it inside and showed the manager she said "that's the way they are, have a nice day". Really? Look at a picture online or on the menu board, has ALOT of bacon. This has been sent to the corporate office, tired of getting ripped off!
Amazing manager!! When he's there that place is running optimal I'd say. I've been there over the years and it's been hit or miss but I've noticed consistency in great FF becoming a norm again at this location ???????? One of the best baconators I've ever had. My wait time was like 5 seconds. Amazing!! They earned 5/5 ????????????????????
So slow. Stores empty and still have to wait almost 10min for 2 sandwiches. Drive threw was empty too. Stood several minutes in front of registere before one of the many employees decided to help me.
I bought lunch here several days through the mobile app. The service was quick and the food was always ready when I got there. I like their app better than other restaurants because it lets u complete a purchase before u arrive so the food is ready when u get there. Some other companies don’t do that. Decent food for a decent price.
Troy is the best & deserves a raise, always does/shows outstanding customer service better than any other fast food in lebanon. always keeps his customers happy. also wanted to add morning shift is always almost 90% correct, mid shift is bumpy sometimes within months of going!
