Ordered the Krabby Patty Kollab on the app and ended up waiting for over a half hour for my food. While at first I understood that I had put in the order just as they switched over to their lunch menu, I watched five other orders get called out while I waited for mine, and when they finally did call out my order, they didn't have everything ready to go.
Another problem I have with this location is how often the dining room isn't open in the morning. Nearly every time I've gone to get breakfast, the dining room is closed, likely due to staffing issues.
You're better off going to the one off Central and Indian School, across from Steele Park.
Idk if Wendy's has a new chef or what but after I got home and tasted my baconator, I was no longer mad about waiting 15 minutes extra for our food. It took me back to my teen years when food was actually so good and nobody skimped on the ingredients..... I am usually always upset about something when going through a drive thru line but this time was so different. Hats off to the person making that food with Love and attention ❤️ I didn't want to finish my burger because I didn't want it to be gone!! ???????????? No joke this is the first review I have ever written like this. THANK YOU WENDY'S CHEF! YOU DID AMAZING TONIGHT! ????????????????????????????
This this Wendy’s is very dirty everything to the back of the restaurant you can see it in the kitchen anything they were just sitting around doing nothing I got yelled at by the ladies walking in if I could use the restroom, she said no aggressively definitely will not be coming back to this one. Very disrespectful.
I am giving Wendy's a one star because the food wasn't good it was so gross. I had to throw the chicken wrap away. The tortilla was cold. The chicken wasn't good. It tasted like boiled chicken, and it was so much ranch so os gross. It was my first time trying the wrap because they took away the grill chicken sandwich ???? ???? but I will never go back to Wendy's. After this, what wasn't of my money.
The worst service I came in at 9:00 in the morning wanting some breakfast. They refused to serve me cuz I did not have a car. They were only do drive-thru. There were no signs posted and I'm just tired of it. Not cool. I don't have a car and I've been walking around all morning shopping and I can't even get a decent breakfast. Nobody paid attention to me. The supervisor and the lady at the counter were on their cell phones.
Went in, they were yelling at homeless people to get out. They forgot to give us a frosty and we had to remind them, the drink machine was mostly out, did not seem like a child friendly or family friendly environment. Also forgot my sauce, and have an 80 year old yelling to give him his sauce
Wendy's is also a busy place for drive-thru and dine in at Wendy's a real classic like McDonald's also very busy at the main road I'd always go to Wendy's for a classic hamburger add a milkshake I love Wendy's
The WORST! I ordered, paid for my food, got told to pull up by the door. Watched them walk by my car giving people that came after me their food. Banged on the door, no response. Asked the girl who was bringing orders out about my food, she ignored me, went back inside and locked it. Then a guy comes out with my food, everything in the bag ice cold. Chicken sandwich felt like they took it out the fridge and put it on bread, fries felt old and super cold. I had to walk back to the drive thru window to give the bag back and tell them I don't want that food. Asked me do I want fresh food, I said "yeah if it's not going to take a long time, I've been out here for over 30 minutes." Guy turns around repeats what I said. I hurry. back to my car, get in and drive back around to the window because there's a crowd of druggies arguing right By the parking lot near the street. 20 more minutes get to the window and they tell me that I just walked off so they didn't make the food! Then I can't get a refund because the general manager isn't there, all they can give me is the receipt.
