I tried the new grilled chicken ranch wrap, it was really good. Inside was really clean, even the bathroom. Did take a while to get the food but the fries seemed fresh. This location is on a military base, so if you don’t have a military or contractor ID you won’t be able to get to it.
Food was hot and fresh. Clean inside. Service was quick, greated by a friendly shift manager who took my order.
Only issue I saw was the counter employee texting on her phone all the time. How about stocking or cleaning the tables and floor in the dinning room. Your not paid to text. But thats the managers discretion.
man at the drive thru today needa new attitude and learn how to do food orders right. messed up my rewards bonus a couple times and he hates when you pull out your phone for that.. the base fast food places be the best everything done right and probably get paid more than half the base workers. cmon now I wish I could be still flipping burgers. Terrible guy looks like a new dude.
Less than warm fries. Overcooked burgers. Annoying drive through attendant. Chili not available. Overall miserable experience.
I came here to get out the rain (walked for 25 minutes because I'm limited on transportation because it's a sunday morning) nothing
is open and its about 7 45 am currently and the place said it's open at 6 am online. Go there. Look at a sign "6 am" cool open the door its locked. I see someone mopping the floor cool. Call the place. "We only have 2 people working at the moment we can only do so much" like im just trying to get out the rain lady and get some grub. I havnt seen a car I the drive through for 10 minutes. So much my arse.
Worst Wendy's I have ever been in. The Avacado grilled chicken was dry, lettuce was old and wholly not fresh at all. Bathroom was nasty and not maintained. Only thing keeping me here was I was starving and I had to poop.
Only had a salad, but it definitely wasn't "Fresh" as described in the menu... Had to pick out half the bad lettuce and force the brown pieces down or eat nothing... I'm sure the burgers and other is good, but Not a place for a salad. My apologies Wendy's...
The night crew was very good and efficient with dealing with something unexpected. Also food was very fresh.
