Nothing was seasoned at all, even the fries which are advertised as seasoned with sea salt had nothing. This was my last trip. Do better. The meat on my triple Dave burger was very under cooked and no flavor. Wendy’s won’t be around much longer if this keeps up.
I got a meal for my 3 kids and myself and spent about 50 bucks, was a little more than I was hoping to spend but have to say the food was very good, warm and freshly made. We all love to get a frosty or a shake along with our meals. So 3 of us got the $1 triple berry frosties and 1 got a shake. They were yummy as well! Overall, great service and high standard for fast food. Thanks Wendy's crew!
This Wendy's is clean everytime we go. Staff are above average for fast food. The only complaint I have is the burger is Always cold. You would think I would hit it every once in a while when the food was hot. This Wendy's is at like a truck stop so alot of traffic in the area.
I’ve only been here to this location 3 times, and 2 out of 3 they don’t give me the entire order when going through the drive through. The first time, my husband ran inside and they had him in there for 20 mins trying to “confirm the order” and after 20 mins he had to come back out to get the bag to bring it in to show them. The manager had a very rude attitude about it. Tonight, the drive through employee sounded distracted and asked my husband 3 times to repeat himself, and even said “what the f” before telling us to drive up. I like Wendy’s, but the hassle is not worth it when you just want eat a decent burger
Ate here on the way through, the wait was ridiculously long for only having 1 person in front of us. The food was disgusting, we had a apple pecan salad and the saucy nuggets. The chicken in the apple pecan salad was dried and rubbery, I'm not sure how old it was but definitely a health risk serving chicken that old, it didnt even look like chicken. The saucy nuggets were anything but, like they had been cooked and placed in the sauce the previous day and left overnight as all the sauce was dried up. I honestly don't know why I ever stop at Wendy's anymore, it's like they don't care at all, and at 30$ for 2 people that's just sad.
I thought wendys was opened past 12 on Fridays!!! Apparently not, took forever for the lady to take my order, was waiting at the drive thru speaker FOR 10 MINUTES without a peep from her!!! Thought they might not be opened, pulled around and there's a the girl at the windows NOT EVEN CARING. I'm a service worker as well at a restaurant and that is horrible behavior. I would NEVER treat a customer like that EVER! Especially because I was trying to get dinner otw home from MY JOB! yall suck, you're customer service sucks, everything sucks. Yall are going down hill real fast and i hate to see it.
They are really rude at The Rockingham Wendy’s you can stand there for a great amount of time before you receive help they are always about of fries at night replacing it with chilli but always have fries next day at lunch. A lot of young kids working here
I had a Dr appointment this morning where I had to fast so I went and just tried to order me 2 Double baconator burgers and large fry, even tho it is breakfast hours, I did NOT want breakfast and was solely wanting this particular order. I was rudely told it was breakfast hours. If I wanted the burgers and fries, I SHOULD HAVE gotten my order, PERIOD. That is NOT right!!! If a customer wants a certain order NO MATTER WHAT THE TIME FRAME IS, they should get it l. I'm done with Wendy's. They just lost a long time customer.
