On 10/9/24 I visited this location for lunch. Our food was hot and fresh, we were greeted by the cashier and she even came by later to ask my mother how did she like the new shake they were featuring. I accidentally left my wallet and called back later and Danielle after wanting a detailed description which I greatly appreciated stated it was there and it had been put up in a safe place. I thanked her and she states that she would want someone to return something she lost. I really appreciate her and the rest of the staff for a good lunch and for being honest and taking care of my wallet until I returned to get it. I will be returning to this location when I am in the area.
YIKES! Beware this place has trash everywhere, homeless man sleeping inside and actual children working that I’m almost positive we’re underage. No one were in uniforms the food was cold. Honestly I wasn’t going eat it even if I thought it was fresh. The tables had not been cleaned in hours and the trash was piled so high I had to walk out immediately. This is totally unacceptable for a restaurant and I will never return. Oh and the drink machine that was covered in snot had no ice or flavors to even choose from. I’m appalled this place is the face of Vanderbilt Commodores.
This is the worst Wendy’s out there. Management please- get a handle on your staff. They are consistently the rudest, meanest people. Not only that, every single time I’ve sucked it up to go there and endure the staff- they miss something, or forget something. I think I’m done.
Food was okay, but it was unsanitary how the manager just put his hands inside his pants then continued to serve food. No soap on the bathroom to wash your hands either, it felt dirty. Not going back.
The food was good but the service was slow. Like standing in line for 10 minutes slow. Then the equipment was slow. The service was ok, but no one smiles. The place is oppressive. A little dirty. I know it’s near Vandy and it probably gets hammered, but still. Notice the photo of me and the ling line behind me. ????????♂️ perhaps it was just a bad day. We’ve all had that. Food filled me up.
The service here is absolutely horrible! Drive-through can care less about service and the girl was just talking the whole time I was trying to pay. No thank you, no hello, just take your money and run.
Go to Cookout or anywhere but this place! Yes, there are homeless people begging as you leave but this is a problem everywhere in big cities!
We will never visit this location ever again. Id give my most recent experience with this store zero stars, if it was an option.
Placed a very simple order for 2 Jr bacon cheese burgers(1 regular and 1 only ketchup and mustard) and a 6 pc nugget. How incompetent does your cashier/cook have to be, to mess up 2/3 of my order when it's on a screen in in front of his face. The one with ketchup and mustard, only had mayo and no mustard. The one that was supposed to be regular, had no mayo.
I assumed this was a very simple order, but was sadly mistaken. The employee who made the mistake in the first place, was rude and argumentative.
As someone who has worked fastfood and multiple customer service jobs to include management your employees behavior is unacceptable. Managers in this location need to train their staff better, the job is really not that hard to do.
every time i have visited this location there’s an extremely long wait and tweakers walking around cars in the drive thru at night. i waited over 30 mins in a line before and it didnt even budge. absolutely not coming to this one again after i had a man walk up and acting super suspicious around my car last night and staring at me a couple feet from my window because it isn’t even the first time that has happened there
