Ordered spicy chicken sandwiches.
They were hot & juicy not dried out .
Ordered in the mobile app tonight. Got to the drive through and was pulled over to wait. I waited more than 30 minutes before anyone came out with my food. My order was SUPPOSED to consist of a triple combo, two biggie bag combos (the one with the nugget’s) and a 10 piece nugget. What I actually received was 2 burgers, a fry and the 3 sodas. I park and go inside. There are other angry customers in the lobby and the young girl cashier at the register is standing there, clueless. I walk up and tell her I’m missing some fries and all of my nuggets. She states, “yeah we are out of everything”. I ask why not let the customer know and she shrugs. I ask for the manager. Young girl rolls her eyes and swing around angrily to go get the manager. Turns out, the manager was actually the drive through person who didn’t inform me of the situation! So I ask the manager for a refund. She says she got chili she can substitute for the nuggets. I ask for a refund and she can have all the food back that she gave me. Lucky me, it’s a mobile order and she cannot refund me. I have to go through the mobile app. So I’m basically out of my $27 for tonight’s dinner while I file the complaint and wait for Wendy’s to respond.
Went through drive-thru and was told it was going to be a 10-15 mins wait because they're too busy doing a shift change... I have NEVER heard of customers having to wait because of that. That's poor management.
Dining room closed before 8pm with no times or notice posted. Drive thru line around the building. When we finally got to the drive thru monitor, they informed us they were out of chili. 30 degrees outside, sure no one would want chili. We left and went to a different Wendys
If i could give no stars I would give none! Sorry service, major attitude when ordering. We had to repeat the order 4 times, at least. It was 8:30 a.m., no one in line before us or after us, so they were not busy at all.... Seemed to be an issue when we requested ketchup before we drove off. Food wasn't even warm when we pulled over to eat in parking lot next door... 2 napkins in the bag after buying 2 meals & no straws. Had to go up the street at McDonald's & go in to get straws too because there was none in the bag. Worst trip to a Wendy's ever. Hate to leave a review like this but I'm from NC & I am up here on vacation. Such a disappointment. Step it up Wendy's!
Always slow service here lately and very unprofessional and unknowledgeable staff and management. Very disappointed in the quality of the hamburger patties, stale falling apart buns and soggy fries. I will never visit this establishment again! Staff did not know what the hot chili seasoning was. She kept arguing with me about it, saying the ain't never had nothing like that! I had to google it to show a picture. At least one of the Manager's knew what it was. Lol. Employees don't know how to be employees anymore ????
I drove thru to get a salad and try the new salted caramel frosty, didn't like it! The salad was ok, but the line was very long..........sorry Wendy, not today.
Drive thru attendant said they could not serve food during a shift change. At 10:12PM on a Wednesday night? If it isn't credit card issues one night or shift change on another this place seems to be struggling
