Stop in for lunch I got nuggets real spicy and a 5$ biggy bag and triple Berry shake . Very good and very fast service .. .. new shake is bomb it's out for a limited time . Nuggets were spicy and very good ..
Stopped in to order the "saucy nuggets " which the pictures on the menu and the advertisement show very saucy. Dripping in sauce. Here is a real photo of this Wendy's locations idea of saucy. There is not a drop of sauce on them. Driest breaded nuggets ever! Either put some sauce on the "saucy nuggets " or remove the picture and change the name to "dry nuggets"
The bun had not been warmed at all and my sandwich did not have enough condiments on it. The server also asked if I wanted my change which was a penny back. What is it with fast food restaurants trying to keep my change now?
2cnd time they got my order wrong! The 2cnd time they’ve given me the wrong order! Manager was rude also!
After 3 rd attempt to order an the poor old lady did not know how to ring up order. After another customer started complaining about how long it was taking.. I left. This is a management problem here an poor training is evident.
Been to this location a few times since my mom had to have surgery. Every time the food is good. But it's the service that always leaves me with a bad taste. Both times recently after giving them my name for my mobile order. I was completely ignored at the window until it was ready. Both times I am handed my food and had the window shut in my face before I could even say anything. This time in particular, I could hear the person in the window mocking my order and me. And once again handed my food and the window immediately shut. No, have a nice day.No thank you for your business nothing.
I work in service and at the restaurant i work at. This would not fly at all. I'm not looking to have special treatment or have my butt kissed. But a simple, Have a nice day. . . . Or maybe wait to see if the customer needs napkins.Or something before you shut the window in their face.

Been there several times, they’re always messing up my orders. Whether it’s one sandwich missing or a dozen nuggets. Breakfast, lunch or dinner be ready to waste some money on an item you won’t get. The staff is friendly and will return it, but having to drive back every time to grab an item they forgot to put in the bag is not ok.
Worst experience ever, cold food, daring when asked to redo the order. Crazy and mind-blowing. And I also found out that I payed $4 for just buns, literally, buns????????♀️ one muffin was just buns.
