I picked up two salads for my friend and I after our work out and when I got home, noticed my croutons were expired by two months. I tried to call up there to let them know, I called twice and waited two minutes each time with no answer. I’m really not mad about the croutons because I work in fast food and understand. I’m more upset that they just didn’t pick up the phone. Food is usually good other than poor customer service at times.
I tried calling them twice now but I just left here. I ordered two crispy chicken biggie bags. When I got home. I had one crispy chicken and a bacon burger and chicken sandwich??? LOL
I called twice but ended up getting an automated voice asking for a recovery code? Maybe the number doesnt work? I'm just big disappointed because they mess up on orders from time to time but this one really takes the cake.
I wouldn't go here if you want your order correct. They do not answer the phone either if you don't catch it right away. If you do go here always check your order before you leave.
The best junior cheeseburger deluxe I've had in a Long time. The other Wendy's locations have really gone downhill regarding food quality
Wendy's chicken sandwich used to be the best chicken sandwich on the market. Their spicy chicken, especially was one of my favorites. But with no exaggeration, the sandwiches gotten smaller. It's not as thick and juicy, and it's a disappointment. The French fries are still the best on the market.
The most recent visit was a drive-thru mobile order. We ordered about 8 individual meals and should have unwrapped and checked every sandwich. 3 of the 6 sandwiches we got were wrong. 1 with the wrong condiments on it, and the other two were just the wrong sandwich altogether! The other part of our order i thought was weird was the chiki was more "soup like" than usual. I'm not sure what that was about. I have been waiting to speak with a representative online about my recent order for about 10 minutes now. But no one has spoken to me yet.
Just too many times coming here and random issues from pulling up forever ignoring at the speaker to receiving a weird salad mix, missing items, repeating yourself on extremely uncomplicated orders, …just all of the above and a couple firsts.
Breakfast is aways good and fresh and Dinner is always old, cold, and hard. It's frustrating because these meals cost $11 each.
