I went inside no one was at the register, the person organizing the chairs said to go to the drive thru. I go to the drive thru since i don't have my vehicle with me. The manager didnt take my order and said i needed a car and that the dining room opens at 10am, i also explained that the person inside told me to go tothe drive thru. The dining room time says 9am not 10am everytime i come here in the mornings from time to time its an issue either an attitude or not being given service. Never will i go here.
Not the best Wendy's I've been to. Not the worst, Wendy's either. Might be the darkest Wendy's I've been in... Not because I was the only white guy in a quarter-mile radius. Because a light bulb randomly exploded while I was standing in line.
Horrible service, a crew member gets on the speaker “We doing Uber orders so you gotta wait” waited patiently 15minutes. He comes back on we’re only doing Uber orders. I was already waiting in the line for 40mins.
Food was cold thrown together drive through worker was very nasty she got an attitude because everything i asked for they didn't have so when I asked what do u have she started huffing and puffing talking about just pull to the front I did her one better and went inside and she calmed down i feel like if you don't like your job understaffed or out of everything just close the dam store
I order my food twice on door dash first, first dasher stole my order.second dasher never responded just was sitting at Wendy’s so I canceled it.at 1:40 am please do not go after 12 am because the overnight crew is very slow and can not take orders correctly.you will be waiting in line for 30 mins for an order of nuggets and they said there was no frostys at this time. Horrible customer service
This store is serviced by kids who don't care about their job. Whoever own this store need to get these kids in line. Everything I come here it's always a problem. Drive thru is very slow 30 to 40 mins. Owner please get this store right......
I went in to try out the new frosty,I was a berry flavor.i ask the young lady who was wanting on me ,she told me she thought I was very good ,she complair it to a yogurt. It was great that's all I could say .it was very hot out side and it was perfect for the body.

So I've been living up here a good 6 years now and I've Never, Eva ,eva EVA been to this Wendy's because the drive thru line is usually long af. Tonight there 4 cars ahead of me and I've been here for a good minute 15 minutes. The person. On the mic is sofa king slow. ITS UNREAL. The girl comes back to the mic and says to the car , 2 cars I front of mines. I'm sorry I forgot about you????????♂️
