Got 4 for 4s and just wanted plane bacon cheese burger and got bacon and cheese only then call to be to ohhh umm just bring them back up here we will fix them well I went through the drive tho for a reason. Check everything. Wow and what management
We went to have a change of taste. We waited 30 minutes in the drive thru. No just regular coke. No regular sweet tea. No orange dream frosty. This was about 5 in the early evening. Our burger was cold, burnt and dry. The fries were lukewarm and chewy. We ended up going elsewhere for dinner after spending money at your store. I will never be going back. As we sat there waiting 3 cars drove off. Should have been a warning to leave ourselves.
When I ask her to put cream and sugar in my coffee at the drive thru and she laughed at me, I new right then that the standards in this place was very low. Cold coffee, how do u get cold coffee & no cream or sugar... not even in the bag. SMH!
everytime i go my food is cold EVERY SINGLE TIMR fries are just god awful cold soggy just makes you sick then the burghers don’t even get me started. worse fast food restaurant IN KENTUCKY
They need to be retrained on how to make a proper chili cheese fry.
also annoying when they take my credit card and close their very tinted windows and keep my card with the window shut until my food is ready.
and there is a younger guy, tan/dark skin and black hair that usually works the drive thru. he has a horrible attitude every time I come through. I don’t know who hurt him but I know it wasn’t me, I'm just trying to get food.
Was an ok visit, nothing noteworthy. Was lunch time, but the breakfast menus were still showing... so I was handed a paper version... not needed, but not really the point. Server was either new( very possible giving today's work ethics in younger generations) or wasn't "feeling it today" but I had to simplify an already simple order of a baconator combo with a fountain drink to " a #9 and I'll make a fountain drink myself out here please."
Honestly when I first looked at my order it was a little disappointing … half of the cheese on my Baconator Fries weren’t melted and looked stale.
The workers were also, ‘not hot’ and ‘too old.’ lolololjk
But forreal those fries really do suck.
My chili baked potato had vegetable soup on it! Girl at register was obviously new
Called manager and she did nothing
