Wow. This is the FASTEST service we've ever received. Ordered and it was done almost asap!
They got everything right.
Place was clean and bright. They weren't rude at all. But in Ohio I'd say the least friendliest. Again, they weren't rude or bad. It's just that you get used to the friendly attitude from places.
Would have no issues going again.

Our Wendy's is a good one! They rarely make mistakes. Anyways what we have here is their fish sandwich. It was worth the wait my food was fresh and delicious ???? Yesterday my wife brought me home a Dave's double and a sour cream and chives baked potato ????
It is very nice and clean on the inside and I enjoy the Coke freestyle machines. However, I cannot stand coming through here at lunchtime and I won’t anymore. The lady that takes the orders in the drive through wants to hurry you through and doesn’t listen to the changes you want to make to your food. On top of that, it’s not cheap so I’d like my order to be accurate because I know the employees don’t set the prices. The food itself is always dry and lukewarm so I’m paying $30+ between myself, my partner and our son for mediocre food. It’s a treat these days and Wendy’s is off the list of places to get a treat.
The service is really friendly. I believe a new employee was being trained on the front register/ counter. The employee training (the obvious) new hire she seemed to ne doing well and being patient. It took a little longer than I would have liked, but if you want to train the new hire properly, such things are necessary. The food was hot and fresh and I was satisfied with my order.
I have tried to give this restaurant the benefit of Hope, that perhaps they will clean up this establishment. Food is mediocre and they seem to be consistent with getting your orders wrong. The soda dispenser advertises that there are a variety of flavors to choose from. However, it always seems to be out of stock on Dave's flavor specials. Why? The men's bathroom is filthy and the spigot's water pressure is almost non existent. Cold water to wash hands? The tables are always in need of cleaning also.
Dave would be disappointed. :(
Man these girls outdid themselves that was most friendly fast service very about the customer. Wish there was 10 stars for these girls. They was really rocking at tonight.

I've had ordered a Dave's Double meal with a small Vanilla frosty and fries, the Apple Pecans Grilled chicken Salad, them things hit the spot for me & every came out to be a lil bit over 24$.
I was told yhe dinning area is open until 22:00 o'clock, plz take care of them; they did a fantastic job.

The host Gaige (on the receipt) who took my order didn't need me to repeat myself. He was highly efficient. Every time I mentioned a menu item to order, he asked me: "and what else can I get for you?" In a very friendly manner/tone. What difference that makes. Not feeling rushed and not "is that it?" Doesn't make you feel like you're inconveniencing anyone. This was during a dinner rush as well. He also tried to upsell and add a cookie to my order which is an excellent sales tactic, that most young employees do not strive for. I have never filled one of these out but felt very compelled to share. Ashley, the cashier (receipt) and another younger female who handed me my order were both friendly and had a welcoming smile. I had no mistakes or issues with my order. So the entire team did a wonderful job. I've been going to this location for years, living in adjacent town and this is one of best experiences I've ever had at this particular location and fast food in general.
