I swear this is the worst Wendy's location. Every time I order here they make me drive forward and wait at least 10 to 15 minutes for food. I even told them, please don't forget anything because every time you make me pull forward and wait they always forget to put food in the bag. They said they promised they will get it all. Of course they brought it out, I checked the bag and they forgot a couple things. I went inside and told them and they didn't believe me. They asked for the receipt and they never gave me one. They had to go check their previous orders and there it was, they saw the missing items i paid for. Then they said I probably just took it out of the bag and left it in the car. I've finally had it with them and never going to another Wendy's location again.
"Fast" food shouldn't take more than 15 minutes with 4 employees unwilling to make eye contact when they leave items out of the bag. Wasn't even a busy night, but the staff left multiple items out of the order even after the long wait.
I am begrudgingly writing this review because the manager and staff tend to be kind and doing their best. I feel there is little hope for this location however. I have had many issues primarily with their fries. They keep refrying old fries and giving them as fresh food. Which at first look you can tell is not the case. They are soaked in oil with a taste so old.. they do a decent job on their sandwiches but with how many times I have called and talked to the manager, submitted complaints to corporate nothing changes.
Absolute trash of a restaurant. More like hole in the wall the way they treat you. Extremely concerning for a group of workers to be serving the community horrendously the way they do. They get your order wrong, give you an attitude if you try to correct them and then they try to rush you out. No respect for the customer. Whoever that guy is at the drive through doesn’t know English because I had to repeat myself several times. And he gave me an attitude on top of that. Wow. Whoever the hiring manager is and the manger overall is trash. Extremely disappointed.
Everytime I come here the order is wrong. I go back into fix it and am looked at like I’m the problem. I got a biggie bag today and was missing fries (not the first time this has happened) I went back in and was asked for a receipt and that they needed to check my bag to make sure. I stated I was never given a receipt just my card taken at the window by a teenager with no words exchanged from the employee. Super poor work ethic, I know it’s Wendys but this is flat out just a lack of respect by the employees. Won’t be coming back
Ordered a son of a baconator, got a Jr bacon cheese burger. I was just stopping through, so it was miles and about a 15min drive until I got home and realized the order was wrong. Yes, I'd love to waste gas and time to have it corrected. Or maybe the workers could pay better attention. I absolutely hate west valley. Iykyk
Tasty food. Fast and friendly service. I was surprised to see a new breakfast menu or maybe I just haven’t been to a Wendy’s in a while. I appreciate they didn’t get frustrated with my request for a fresh chicken sandwich to be dropped for my spicy chicken sandwich. The manager even brought it out. Hit the spot.
Went to the drive-thru and ordered a spicy Asiago ranch chicken club combo. My chicken sandwich was a regular, not spicy. The fries were old and cold. Not sure what drink they gave me, but it wasn't Coke like I ordered and they didn't even give me a straw with it. You can go just about anywhere and get better service than this Wendy's has.
