Came for the spongebob promotion. While 12$ can be a bit pricey for what I'm about to call a, "millennial meal" I ordered it as a double, the zesty dressing used in the sandwich was a pleasant surprise and 100% worth stealing it's recipe for. The Vanilla Pineapple frosty is perfect, although a bit too thick for the straws here. If straws aren't your think, you've got hot fluffy fries to help you scoop it up!
The highlights are the Spongebob stickers and (I guess) a free promotional 30 days of paramount+

Had to wait for my food to be done in the drive-through but was given fresh food as a result. Best chicken sandwich from Wendy's I've ever had, fries were also very crispy. Only had to wait about 5 minutes for my food in a parking spot. Guy, at the window, was polite, and the girl who served me was pretty cute. Good experience overall for a late night drive through run.
Went to the drive threw. Ordered the two for $3 asked for sausage n cheese. The lady had issues repeating the order.. we get the food drive off it’s egg and cheese.
We go back ask for the correct sandwiches and she was the rudest lady alive. Said “whatever” and closed the window. The shift manager came.. I let him know we stop there 6 times a week for a family of 5.. her attitude is uncalled for when I’m here 6days a week.. he had even more attitude I asked for a refund and his name. He gave me refund I asked for his name to call corporate and he closed the window on me telling me have a nice day… so, I then called the store asked for manager he came on as shift manager.. I said I need you name for a complaint. He said”are you ready- it’s Jamie” I asked for last name he wouldn’t give me that. I asked when the GM would be in he said he didn’t know.. I said “ok,so if I wanna talk to the head manager when is the best time to reach that person?” He said I don’t know but I’ll report this to them… ridiculous service… at know time do you not know when your manager will be in… I will never spend money at Wendy’s again all over there rude service…
Super clean. Very polite staff. The nicest Wendy's I have been in. Everything was fully stocked. Floors and tables clean. No long wait for food. They were baking fresh cookies!
I’ve always liked Wendy’s decent food. People are fairly friendly. Be nice if they could make the food a little faster in the drive-through, that would be my only complaint.
Walked in and accidentally walked from the wrong side, no big deal there wasn’t anyone in line but Roxana wanted to make it a big deal and after gave us attitude and rushed us while ordering. She’s rude and unprofessional, she kept rolling her eyes at other staff and didn’t seem like she was a team player. I would avoid this place simply because of her ????♀️
Stoped by for a quick lunch break meal. Starting with the drivethru person was rude and i felt I was being rushed to order, then at the window I asked for sauces one girl said ok the other girl to next to her was just rolling her eyes at us annoyed. bad customer service if you dont like your job maybe its time to change careers.
It was an okay experience. Went in for lunch with my husband and the older lady helping us seemed to be kind of out of it the whole time and had us repeat our order multiple times and then took it upon herself to add food to our order that we didn't even ask for. We finally got it clarified and paid for our food only to have it come out made incorrectly. They were kind and fixed it right away but that took time away from my honeys lunch break that he is limited on as he works in construction.
