I'm a huge Wendy's fan but recently a got a Dave's single combo with a Frosty that cost over 13$ and the Dave's single was comparable to Burger King's 2 for 5$ Jr whopper. Seriously, it was like a slider and the fries were half full and barely warm. I used to come here a lot but for that money I could go eat nachos at Rancho Viejo. I won't do that again...
Used the app for the first time at this location. Really annoyed that they missed not only the drink for one biggy bag, but then missed the whole other biggy bag order. Having consistent service standards such as a customers receiving what they pay for might be a good start. Who is QC and why do they not double check orders are complete before telling customers the order is ready. There is a lot of competition and really helpful to just get the order right the first time. Really rather annoyed and disappointed. Not the first time service sucked.
Well, Wendy's is kind of my go to fast food restaurant. However, you will never find yourself disappointed when it comes to the quality of food.. Also, with this location on Sullivan the service was friendly and quick. Teresa went out of her way to make sure that i went away a satisfied customer....superior customer service....Same old wonderful food. Just a different location. I love the breakfast baconator
Quality checks need tremendous work. 6 times in a row in the last 5 months they didn't give half my order. Waste of money.
It was hard to hear while placing our order in the drive thru. Our sandwiches were ok but not stellar and our potatoes were room temp at best. We order sprites but I am not sure what we received because I have never tasted a sprite like that. (We threw them away)
Legitimately every single time me and my girlfriend have gotten food from this Wendy's, they mess up. Legitimately every single time. I'm not a person who reviews places at all, but getting a public hair in my food tonight was the final straw. If the manager of this place reads these, please tell your staff to do better, I beg of you.
Staff was nice and friendly. But the manager needs some training in respect and trying to intimate customers. Especially when a customer was being friendly. He comes off as very scary. But the rest of the staff were great!!
I never had any issues with this Wendy's food was always right and good even when it had customizations even the salad was fresh
