We ordered at 5:30. We were immediately pulled up so their drive thru times could be spared. We ended up behind a truck that was already pulled. Multiple times an employee would come out and bring us the wrong order. They finally asked for our receipt which we gave them. We waited 15 more minutes and still didn’t have an update. We went inside and requested a refund, just to have the food magically handed to us at that time. I’ve worked at this Wendys in the past for several years. It sucks when you’re short staffed. But some level-headedness and delegation of duties would save yourself a lot of stress. Nobody seemed to know what was going on.
Oh. And after getting home and going through all of the food more closely. The chili cheese fries were just chili fries.
The onion on the Single was smaller than a penny.
The lettuce was tiny.
And the large fry was laughable.
Just close the place until you get capable staff if this is the service.
Good chili and frosty. Need to clean more. Not busy and dinning area a mess. Kitchen had not been swept or mopped all day from the looks of it. Friendly staff.
Update.
Had the taco salad this time. Been a year since I've visited. The special salsa tasted spoiled. Couldn't eat it. I think I won't give this store another chance. Probably the worst experience in a Wendy's as far as fresh food.
I can't say if the food was good or not because we never even got to order!
The drive thru line had about 5 cars in it and we sat still for 30 minutes. By the time we got to the speaker to order, the automatic message asked if we were using the Wendy's app, which we weren't so I said no. We sat there for another 5 minutes, no one said anything to us or told us the wait would be a while.
I asked if anyone was there and the worker came on and kind of rudely said he was the only one working and was having to deal with all the drive thru, dine in, and mobile orders.
We ended up leaving as our entire lunch break was wasted and we had to get back to work.
They need to hire more people since there obviously isn't enough to operate properly.
Almost exactly like another review here but for breakfast. No one inside the restaurant, I pull up to the drive through around 10:15am, order 2 breakfast burritos and a drink. I also ask if I got could get a frosty since I had the summer key tag. He said no because they didn’t have the frosty machine up and running yet. I figured it’s no big deal since it’s breakfast so that’s fine.
I think everything all good, pull up to pay, and they take my card and hand me my drink. All good. But there’s already another truck pulled up past the window, and the guy at the window tells me to pull up behind them… odd. I pull up and sit there for almost 20 minutes before I get my food. I walked in at around 10 min into my wait and the same kid just says “sorry” and some excuse about waiting on potatos… burrito wasn’t even hot and barely rolled together. Kid was apologetic after handing me my food, but obviously knew they didn’t have any food ready and didn’t think to tell because I would have obviously gone somewhere else. Could have got the frosty machine up and running in the same amount of time too. Will not be returning to this Wendy’s
This marks the second time this has happened so finally putting it into a review. Pull to the speaker to order only to never even be addressed after a solid two minutes. Pull around to the side of the building and no one even wants to come to the window to address why they're ignoring the drivethru. They just stand around talking even with a customer standing on the front waiting to be greeted. No idea how it has gotten this bad but it's not worth the aggravation. I can understand if it were near closing time and they're busy breaking things down, but this was 1130ish in the afternoon. They clearly don't need the business.
This Wendy's has a new guy/girl ? Working on the grill . This was the best burger I've had here in a long time . And I gotta say the kitchen looked great from my view . Great job on this hire Wendy's . This employee was also very talkative and sweet !!
Wasn't going to leave a review until we got a couple miles down the road and our very basic order was wrong and one of the wrong orders was a -still wet it was such raw dough sausage biscuit! We waited so long outside I went in to see what the problem was and remind them to add the sauce (which they forgot until I reminded them again) waited 5 or so more minutes I side where they waited until all of the 3 biscuits were bagged before the kid at the window reminded them about dropping my fries to cook. They had very passive aggresive attitudes about me having the nerve to come in and wait for my food instead of in my car. When we arrived there was not a single person in line and it still took 20 mins to get 2, 2 for 3$ meals with 5 or 6 workers behind the counter. They gave us no receipt and we were already down the rd by the time we discovered the wet dough in the biscuit when it was supposed to be 2 egg and cheese w sausage biscuits but only had sausage. The entire ordeal was just beyond wild to me. First time there and last time I'll be back.
Long wait, I was told short on staff, had to wait longer than usual. Cold fries when I got my food. Pleasant man serving, very apologetic.
