I have been here a few times and the quality of food is ok and service is fine. Today I ordered a Caesar salad and half the salad had rotten lettuce which is just not acceptable. I gave an extra star because the other times I have been here getting other menu items was not so bad.
I gave 4 stars because it was busy and spent some time in the drive-thru at the speaker before placing my order. The staff made it better by being extremely nice and friendly as I went through it. My food was ready in a timely matter and the fries were fresh which helped since I had a 27-minute drive home. I will go back here again and anticipate that this is the busiest Wendy's I go to.
First place I have ever tried Wendy's from and it has been the best. Always a clean place. The employees are always kind. The food is always well made but I will say this. Please add a little bit more bacon to the baconator fries.
Great customer service - which, is seemingly dwindling and hard to find at fast food joints these days. Long story short- stopped by here 45 mins prior to them closing after a long day of work, said the order would take a few mins because they’re putting fresh fries in and to pull forward to the curb while I wait. Ended up waiting for 10-15 minutes before one of the gentlemen working there rushed out with a FULL bag of an extra (fresh) 10
Piece nugget and large fry (on top of what I had ordered) apologizing profusely for the mix up in communication and not realizing I was sitting out there still. No harm no foul things happen, but the way they handled it was great and deserving of kudos since not many places of this caliber would go the extra mile like they did. I hope whoever manages this location realizes how solid the people they employ here are, because this is a very rare 5 star experience to come across in this day and age where customer service seems to be going by the wayside.
Genuinely awful management. Always yelling/ rushing employees so that's why your order comes out wrong so often. No one's trained they're just screamed at until they do it right or quit. Store inside is filthy and loud. Good luck ordering vegetarian because someone will screw up what's in the bag either way
I hadn't been here in years. I went to get my wife a frosty and some food. Purchased a couple of biggie bags with large frosties. The food was decent, like I remembered, the price was great. Will be going back when I need good food at a good price.
I don't remember her name but I think she was working drive thru on August 1st. This employee helped turn around a really difficult night for my husband and I. She was extremely kind and went above and beyond to help us.
Our cat is in the hospital in town and we are overall having a very difficult day but her kindness really meant the world to us tonight. I hope you read this and know who you are thank you so much for your smile and generosity to complete strangers I want you to know you made a big difference to us.
Counter staff person was amazing with customer service. She enthusiastically engaged with customers and very happy in her job.
