We ordered just fine with two separate orders. We get the window, manager was friendly even going with the accident I said while ordering which we found as a very good sign. We get half of our order. The baconator fries. We got the whole second order of ten spicy nuggets and large fry. Missing all of our sauces. We get half our food they say “have a good night” and we sat there figuring they forgot we had a second order. Some lady comes out and asks if we’re waiting on something and we let them know what we were waiting on. The lady comes back out and said “there’s nothing we can do about it because my manager knows he bagged it and he’s not having it tonight” having what? All of our order in the bag? She comes back out and brings receipts and we tell her again what we did have and what we were missing and she says “my manager bagged it so I know for a fact it’s in the bag” so I grabbed all the food to show them. She brought out the manager and I held the food out the window to show them we are in FACT missing food. They left without saying anything besides “where is she” and then the finally brought us the rest of our food, no apologies or anything. The disrespect. Check your orders before leaving the drive thru!! We’re kind of sad about not having our ghost pepper ranch.
So the woman that took my order. She was very nice and polite. But the woman that they all had in the window that cashed me out. She was very rude and disrespectful over some sauces. That I paid forgot items so I went back to the line only accepting cash now but I just went through the line at 11:44 and at 11:59. Now we're only accepting cash.

If I could give them 0 stars I would.. EVERY single time I come to the location on Yadkin road they ALWAYS mess up my order. It never freaking fails. You wait in line for 15 minutes and then wait another 15 minutes to receive your food just to receive the incorrect order. They repeat the order back to you and even ask you at the window and they STILL MANAGE TO F UP! Throw the whole Wendy’s away just like I did this trash food they gave me. I tried scraping everything off this dry and nasty chicken sandwich that I DID NOT order but it didn’t work. Still disgusting. It’s a waste of time to go back for them to correct your order.. just to mess it up again. Stop at McDonald’s across the street instead.
Absolutely ridiculous!! Doors locked during business hours, nasty attitudes and extremely long wait times even when there are no customers. Now they've started pulling cars to sit and wait and forever for basic items while the inside is closed "just because they are", as quoted by an employee there.
With no vehicles ahead or behind me, I waited approximately 15 mins for (2) breakfast sandwich meals... The food arrived hot; but in comparison to the Cliffdale location's food and service, (Yadkin) has much work ahead...!! My 1st interaction at the window was much less than desirable... No true greeting to make me feel my business was appreciated... The entire overall experience was less than professional; and this is my 2nd such experience with this location... I will not be visiting again...
Absolutely amazing service, staff friendly and efficient. Food served in reasonable amount of time and hot. Clean restaurant, I hate using public restrooms but theirs is spotless. I did take out but wouldn't have minded eating there, whoever their janitor is needs a raise, the whole place was spotless. I will definitely go back there! Well lit parking lot, handicapped accessible. ONLY downside is drive-thru can be a long wait, that's why I went in and no issues at all!
Food was fresh, coming from someone who worked fast food years ago I'll say try not to hold personal conversations while drive through window is still open. Once money is recieved door shouldn't be open.
I didn't notice it much until we got home but just curious why Wendy's still using Halloween bags and Halloween toys for the kids bags. It's Thanksgiving almost Christmas lol.
I have visited this Wendy's location twice in the past week. Once for breakfast and once for lunch. Myself and my buddy were both highly disappointed in both visits. For the breakfast the chicken patties were completely burned. Please see pics.
Then today at lunch, we asked for one of the chicken sandwiches to have no mayo and to add ketchup and mustard. We asked for the second one normal. They decided to give us no condiments at all and even decided to not give us straws or napkins. There is no parking lot in the drive through so there is no where to check your meals without holding the line up.
I would not recommend this place. Definitely not representing the Wendy's brand well.
