Honestly I've been here quite a few times with no issue. However the last 3 times now including today (11/21/24) I have specifically asked for something to NOT be put into my food (onions) as I have a food allergy. Then to get home and it be on my sandwich is beyond irritating bc now I'm without the food I paid for.
So. Don't go here if you have food allergies
Service was extremely slow. We waited almost 30 minutes to have our order taken. The woman at the POS system was rude, and did not listen to my order at all. She managed to get the burger right but I had asked for a Frosty on the side and wasn't given that, and was given my frosty as a drink, which is not what I asked for.
Then we had to wait 10+ minutes to even get the food. When she set the Frostys down, they were basically melted already. We ordered 2 biggie bags, which come with nuggets and fries. On our platter we only had one fry and one 4 piece. When I brought this to her attention she seemed visibly irritated that I would not just take the platter and leave.
We finally get the rest of the food (that we paid for,) and go to sit down to eat. I unwrap my burger, and it's a mess. The meat isn't even on the bun. My bun is soggy. My burger isn't even hot. Then I'm attempting to eat my fries with my melted Frosty and my fries are about as cold as my frozen "treat". I also never got the soft drink that I was supposed to get when I initially ordered having asked for my Frosty "on the side".
Overall just an extremely disappointing experience and we will not be returning to this establishment.
Every time I go service is super slow. Tonight had 4 cars in front of me and took 30 mins. Saw one of the employees repeatedly kicking a refrigerator inside. Got 3 small frosties and they were like chocolate milk...super runny. Last time I went frosty machine was down. Don’t go often because it’s gone downhill so bad. I don’t ever leave reviews but I just felt compelled to this time.
Always enjoy mt experience here. Great staff. Good hot food. Never gets my order wrong.
This is the worst Wendy’s I ever been to. Half the food you couldn’t get . I tell the boy at the register I want fresh fries he puts my fries on the counter waiting for my burgers. The only person with gloves on is the person making the burgers and they never sanitized their hands or washed them after touching money or others food. Sorry guys tighten up .
We stopped here on our road trip back home from NJ. When we got there the young man at the counter was talking to another employee and getting annoyed with him about something. We kept waiting for them to be done with whatever they were talking about. 10 mins later we were still waiting for them to take our order. When we finally got out food we were missing stuff that we had to wait for. The person putting our food in the bags had really long nails that her nails kept touching our fries and nuggets. Not a great experience.
Anything you order will be wrong especially if it's a delivery order. Don't have high expectations because a simple order will always go wrong when employees simply can't read a ticket correctly and the manager is completely negligent. Absolutely awful
Wow..this Wendy’s is one of the worst I’ve been to. Manager is overall worthless in work ethic, as she just stands around and does useless jobs while the line is out to the door.
Napkins are out, ice machine is broke, 75% of the drinks are out in the machine.
