I recently visited the location and I have to say, it was a fantastic experience from start to finish. The quality of the food is consistently excellent, and their fresh, never frozen beef really makes a difference in the taste of their burgers. The fries were perfectly crispy and seasoned just right, and I loved the variety of options on the menu. The service was fast and friendly, and the restaurant itself was clean and welcoming. The only issue that i had was that they managed to fail time and time again to Put a girl on.
What a terrible place to go. We went into the store to order. We were the only ones there. The staff ignored us for 15 minutes. So we went to the drivethru. We ordered got to the window to be informed they were out of everything we ordered. Even ice for our drinks. Just terrible.
Overall not a bad store, been in there several times. Its always been pretty clean and restrooms too... Just might run into a unstable homeless person. However, I heard they cleaned that wooded area on Lorain Ave. up. So maybe getting better around there.
My Mother went there right before Thanksgiving and ended up with food poisoning. She was sick for 10 days and had all signs of salmonella poisoning. There was a case filed. I'm still waiting to hear back from corporate. The Health Department has been notified.
so yall just gonna upcharge a large meal but then when the sprite comes like this im supposed to be cool? this is like the 5th or 6th time this happens over a doordash. I got a sprite that looks like a coke took a piss in it.
So I have dined in a lot of fast food restaurants and the only thing that gets me is Why does the food come out cold and I just asked for it to be fresh so today I went to Wendy’s for my dinner and I had a single cheese burger fries,a frosty and a strawberry lemonade the employers were very nice. They treated me nice they took care of me like a customer should be taken care of and I just wanted to give y’all a couple shout out on that because y’all did a great job today.

Evil location. Trolls. Asked for my frosty to not be filled all the way to the lid and instead they literally had it over flowing through the lid! Also gave me a tiny piece of lettuce on my sandwich to further get their point across. Can’t wait for AI to take over fast food and remove the evil petty workers who can’t be told what to do. Same location where I was called a “sir” as well when I am a woman. They won’t answer the phone to own up so calling corporate.
