i’ve never waited so long in my life for fast food. i waited for over 40 minutes before i finally got my food. it took the employees 20 minutes to even come over to me so i could order and then another 20 minutes until i got my food. i watched as over 15 cars came and went and i just stood there waiting.
Place completely empty. Three employees who didn’t even look at us for 15 mins. We waited in “line” at the cash register while the manager ( I assume) walked passed us and didn’t even say hello. No apology for delayed wait, and in the end I got the wrong order.
Food was very good. The place was very busy and had a long line. It looked like the place went through a recent renovation. The exterior looks incredible the interior was just so so. So areas where new and then other areas had old ceiling tiles. The place was a little dirty but nothing that would keep me from eating there.
Ordered a daves double, cheese ketchup only, waited 15 minutes
They gave me a chicken sandwich instead
Receipt time 605pm. Factor in 10 minutes of driving, total wait time for a sandwich was 40 minutes

Absolutely disgusting. The woman taking our order was so ignorant. And after treating us like trash she then tells us we can’t use a $50 bill. Even after putting in a $40 order so it’d be $10 change lol save your time and go to another Wendy’s this place is garbage
Stopped by here before we went for a movie (walking distance from Regal). Food was served quickly and the drive through cashier was cheerful and kept the spirits up. Lots of parking available.
ridiculous trash. i ordered two sandwiches...one without condiments. the next i forgot to say no condiments.
so of course, i received one sandwich literally coated, SATURATED both top and bottom bun in SO MUCH MAYO AND KETCHUP i couldnt wipe it off. it went in the trash.
it was too much for these geniuses to ask, hes alone, he ordered one with no condiments. maybe he forgot to ask for the next sandwich the same way. but even if you want to say its my mistake, why would they use SO MUCH mayo and ketchup? are they stupid?
yes. yes they are, very much so.
clearly the managememt doesnt care, so i dont either. from now on i choose hunger over this dump.
EDIT: The sandwich they got "right" was terrible, soggy bacon and the fries were those bottom of the bag fries... you know theyre all small and half covered in potato skin. just awful, never again
9:48 pm no hours posted on the door and still had people sitting inside but the doors were locked. I guess unless u have a car after 10 and your not white then u can't eat inside. Why would u close the dining room early when u have so many businesses that operate...
