Hands down the best Wendy's I have ever been to. So far, everything has always been fast, fresh and never have I had fast food prepared so well from a fast food restaurant. At lunchtime non the less. They expertly prepare the sandwiches! Like dang near commercial quality!!
I’ve decided to stop going to this location for a while. Every time I’ve gone inside when it was warm, there were a ton of flies in the dining area and often the food wasn’t prepared very well.
Last time I ordered the cheese and bacon baked potato with added chives. I got a couple of pieces of sliced bacon and no chives. I ordered an iced mocha and got some weird tasting drink—I think it was caramel.
I’ve gone there a few times during posted business hours only to find them closed. They can’t seem to add my rewards points either.
I hate posting negatively about our neighborhood Wendy’s, but it’s enough of paying for less than quality, incorrect items and trying to fan flies away while we eat:-/.
The fries were cold. Chicken sandwich tasted like it was made a hour ago.
Worst of all was the kid at the fry station was yelling at coworkers and cussing. My kids got scared and we had to leave.
Literally THE BEST Wendy’s I’ve been to in my life! I go on lunch a couple times a week and the food is ALWAYS so hot and fresh! So hot that I can’t eat right away! The spicy chicken is the best! Thank you :)
The food was just okay at this location (the burgers and fries were not hot and the Frosty was half melted), but the service was ruined by one guy. He took our order and then only gave us half of what we ordered. Then he left the window, I'm assuming he left to take other orders and didn't come back, so we waited and waited. He then came back because the line got really long, and in an angry manner, opened the window and looked at me like, "What?" He didn't even say anything. I told him the items they didn't give us, so he got them, practically threw them out the window at us, and didn't even give us a chance to ask for anything else, which was unfortunate, because he didn't give us spoons, straws or condiments etc. for our Frosties, drinks, burgers, and fries. So, we waited again, and finally, an employee who was sweeping snuck up to the window (literally, he was looking over his shoulder the whole time, looking afraid he'd get caught) and asked if we needed something else, at which point he kindly gave us everything else we needed. The guy with the headset on was rude and dismissive, and I won't go back to that location again unless he's not working there anymore.
I always use the drive-thru at Wendy's. Although it's a long wait, it's worth it. I usually have good to Great customer service. I love giving them my business because they support adoption. Have you ever tried their chocolate chip cookies? They are incredible! And their oat bars are really really good too. Their new Triple Berry Frosty is delicious!
Drive thru experience was good. Courteous staff. Quick order dispersion. Food was freshly hot and fries seasoned well. Frosty as always was on point. Lol
So a lesson has been learned. Refrain from visiting this place at night, came here for some baconator fries and a drink. Customer service was rude and yelled at me exclaiming, "what?" When she was unable to hear me, then had begun speaking in a mumblish manner. We also found a short and curly hair melted into the cheese on the fries. Disgusting. Thanks for the drink though, so far it seems alright.
