The employees at the drive thru windows were just plain RUDE. Do you people realize there are many places in Goldsboro to eat and we don't have to spend our money at a place that treats your customers in such a second class way. There will be a different spot for supper tomorrow night, you can believe that!!!!!!
The service was insanely slow at dinner time, and I got charged for the wrong item. The dine in is soaked with water because the ceiling leaks and has water stains. The floor feels greasy and slippery because you can tell they use too much soap when they mop. And it stinks like a musky fungus smell. Something is really wrong with this place.
Wendy's has been getting more consistent. I always give them a try when there is one next to my hotel.
Edit: Is 2 sauce cups enough for 10 chicken nuggets? Not for me, but this place still charges for extra sauces. I've traveled from NC to NY and they'll give me as many I want (within reason). This place and the one on Berkeley charge extra for each sauce. Why are the owners acting like sauce gestapos? I'd rather go to McDonald's and get as many sauces as I want. No other Wendy's in North Carolina charges for extra sauce.
Check your receipts, folks, they are now charging for dipping sauce. It'll show up as "cheese sauce." No other Wendy's in town does this. I'll be going to Rosewood Wendy's instead.
I always choose this Wendy's because it's always hot, fresh, and delicious. The customer service is hit or miss, but the food is always good. I try to capitalize on my coupons and rewards as often as possible.
Slow drive through with lazy people. Cashier clearly hates her job and takes it out on customers.
Terrible experience. Too many discrepancies between the app and the workers or at least what they say.
It was very cold in the shop and the AC was leaking in places. But the food was excellent and fresh
