Was just here with my younger sisters in the drive through and we were helped by a young man with longer hair (I didn’t get his name) but I’m sure you can figure it out from when I’m sending this. Our service was great and our food is delicious. Thank you!
Went to this location just now waited 10 minutes for my food. I was told to pull forward and wait. After waiting and waiting I backed up. No one was at the front window backed up to the second window to get someone's attention. She apologized. My phone has been done for a while. Everyone else was sitting in the back. I asked for a refund. Be given one because I was already given my food. Avoid this place.
Food here was what you get at Wendy's. Staff here was very friendly and accommodating. But the drink machine was out of ice, very few selections, and not working quite right. Made the whole place seem a little run down. But if you're doing takeout or drive through, you probably won't notice.
Went to see the hype with the Krabby patty meal and pineapple frosty. Went to Wendys on Teasley Lane and Hickory Creek in Denton Tx. Nothing good. No cute paper or box, no krabby sauce, no sticker pack.
It was a plain wendys burger, hello where is the crispy lettuce n sauce?. The pineapple frosty didn't even taste like pineapple it was plain vanilla and a drizzle of probably pineapple at the bottom. The fries were plain. They forgot the salt. I didn't get Ketchup or a Receipt. We paid $12.00 for the meal and a small frosty.
I want my money back. So disappointed.
Horrible. Food was cold like not even warm I’m talking about ice cold. Fries look like they been sitting out for a while and they didn’t even give a receipt, ketchup, or napkins for the order. And then they wanna refuse a refund after I called about the poor quality. The staff is just rude and horrible. I will never be back. The worst experience I’ve had at a Wendy’s. I can confidently say this is the worst Wendy’s ever. There’s Wendy’s in the hood that’s better than this. Staff needs to be fired if they don’t care. Just awful and horrible.
I got food from here and this was found in the chicken sandwich I’m not happy and when call them they don’t answer the phone
This is disgusting, we paid $8.61 for a “4 for 4” but the drinks aren’t even the right size and the fries are not even worth paying for, they put is an EXTRA small , and the guy who took our order had a attitude and didn’t even speak loud, it looked horrible inside and it’s just not worth going. The Wendys we go to by the Triangle Mall is the best, this is trash compared to the other one. If someone has the managers number, let me know because I don’t think people should get scammed like this . Very mad !
Absolutely worst Wendy’s and possibly the worst fast food establishment to exist. Always constantly gross. No matter what time, no matter if you ask for fresh and be willing to wait, nothing but disgusting and old food. No management. Avoid unless you’re starving.
