I ordered a number 1 double combo large with mayonnaise only, my burger had ketchup and mayonnaise on it which was fine, I only received a medium meal instead of the large meal I asked for, the fries also were cold.
My friend order a number 9 double, and instead they gave him the same exact order I had, when he informed one of the restaurant staff "Maria" about his meal being wrong, she immediately accused him of wanting free food.
The unprofessional behavior and lack of customer service is simply pathetic, never eating at this wendys again.
I went to order a Dave’s single through Wendy’s drive through yesterday and when I got home this is what I see
The staff is friendly, struggling and not very effective. The bathrooms and facility are far from cleanly. I will never be coming back. Never. Took my 4 year old to the bathroom and waited outside the stall. She came outside the stall covered in blood. The most disgusting, atrocious, appalling sight I had ever seen. It was all over the toilet seat and all over my daughter and I had to clean that up. Worst experience of my life. Hire people who are actually going to work. More staff are desperately needed. Effective workers. The workers they have are completely on edge. This was the final straw. Good bye Wendy's. A very well earned Good bye.
Don’t say you’re open until 1 AM if you’re closing at 11:45. Everyone was outback smoking a cigarette when I pulled through at 11:45, and they told me they were already closed. I understand working hard for your money, and I understand needing to go home when you need to go home, but don’t have your time set for 1 AM and then close almost 2 hours earlier with people smoking out back. I will say they were very polite, but still change your time.
Depending on when you go,day time is best,and who's cooking your food is how good it will be or not,noticed at night they will serve cold food and stale fries,seems like they precooked the food and left it out,nuggets I got were least 30-40 mins old,can tell by the texture and taste....couldn't even melt the cheese on the son of baconator,burnt old bacon,like it shows thay no one cares,save your money and eat elsewhere.
This is one the grossest restaurant in Niceville!! I’m surprised the health food inspectors haven’t shut the place down yet!
The mod Courtney really should be let go you told us we were lying about the bathroom floors being slippery we both about fell. And then she was yelling and being rude with a new employee James ( James you did. An amazing job. And then she was more fixated on her friends and having a child back behind the counter she brought her friend back to the off very unprofessional
Wendy's niceville unfortunately continues to disappoint in both service and quality. Drive thru is the slowest in Niceville. Disappointed as this Wendy's use to be on top of their game.
