It's fast food.. The customer service is good. The main reason for my review is to thank them for keeping the restaurant clean and most importantly the grounds outside. The front of the store is always well cared for with fresh flowers, bark and nice green grass always kept mowed. It is refreshing seeing the pride and helping keeping the city looking good. Thank you!
I had a disappointing experience at this Wendy's recently. I ordered two Dave's Double combos, and unfortunately, the burgers tasted like water and seemed old, like they had been previously frozen, which is concerning since they're supposed to be fresh, never frozen. The baked potatoes were small and barely had any cheese. The sodas were flat, and they only had two slush flavors, which weren't good at all. The fries were the best part because they were really good, but overall, for the high price I paid, I expected much better.
I like Wendy's food generally. Good burgers, and baked potatoes especially. But I only ever eat there anymore if there's a good offer on their app. Otherwise, it's prohibitively expensive. If I'm dropping double digits on my lunch, I'll go somewhere with table service.
I ordered using the mobile app.And I ordered three frosties 1 vanilla and 2 chocolate and a pineapple under the sea frosty (SpongeBob promo) for myself since i enjoy pineapple. So I guess they were out of the pineapple flavor and instead substituted chocolate for all the frosties and informed me of that. I told them that i didn't want it.The only reason why I was gonna eat it to begin with was because it was pineapple flavored. So they didn't give me my frosty, but also they didn't refund me the money either. Because apparently they can't do that in the store. It has to be done through the app.
This restaurant literally Never gets my family's order wrong and we always have something special, and there's 6 of us. Service is always fast, friendly and the the food is always fresh.
It seems like they have had their act together the last few times I have gone through the drive-through. My order has been correct.

Food was good like many times before! Service was okay just a little plain and quiet inside .
We frequent this location multiple times a day as part of a routine for work and the staff are always kind & clean, they have a couple of amazing people on the floor who reliably offer a genuine smile with their service and it makes all the difference. Manager seems super friendly too. The food is always good and the atmosphere is nice. The fresh beef makes a huge difference in your burger, especially if you're getting it lettuce wrapped, and their biggie bag deals are great for a budget when even mcdonalds charges over $2 for a subpar burger now.
