I had been looking for another good breakfast burrito since my favorite place no longer serves breakfast. I came to wendys and from the moment I pulled up to the speaker it was not a good experience. The lady who took my order was extremely rude and sounded like she just did not want to be there. I asked if the breakfast burrito came with salsa and was told yes. I get parked to enjoy my breakfast and find hot sauce, not salsa. They are not the same thing. Also I opened my burrito just just find a mess. The picture was as soon as I opened it up. I tried to close the burrito to try and eat it but it just fell apart. I was not even able to eat my burrito. I am very disappointed. The best part of my meal was the potatoes as the side. I will not be returning for any meals here due to the sloppiness of the food and the attitude of the order taker.
I’ve eaten here a few times in the last few months but no more. Maybe it’s just the evening shift that is lacking, but that’s the only time I go. Typically they seem to have no problem getting my order right but man, why does everything taste like it’s been sitting around for way too long? Burgers not juicy at all or even kinda hot and nuggets that are stale, dry, and lukewarm. Wendy’s can be pretty good, but typically not from this location.
Pulled into the lot this morning at 8:10am needing to get a drink and use the restroom. Walked to both sets of doors to and tried them to find out they were locked. Clearly stated on both doors that the lobby as well as drive-thru was already open.has a lady on a laptop in the lobby look up and wag her finger at me like I was a child or pet that acted up. When I pointed to the sign clearly stating that the lobby was supposed to be open she shrugged her shoulders and tossed her hands up instead of actually coming to speak at the door. How little of a shit do you have to give about your customer base to be that rude and disrespectful over something so simple.
I pulled in around 8am on Sunday. The car in front of me was at the drive in and then circled the building stopping at the front door and the drive through -no I know why.
I stopped at the speaker and waited over a minute for no response. I pulled up, no one at the first window, no one at the second. I waited and waited. The sign clearly states they are open every day 6:30 AM.
A few minutes later a woman yanked open the driver thru window and yelled at me, "what are you doing in my drive thru"
I said the hours state they are open for breakfast.
She yelled back "no ma'am not true, go online, now get out of my drive thru."
I was from another state and not familiar with the area and pulled out my google maps to find another location.
The lady had closed the door, and yelled loud enough for me to hear "some people".
As I sat there trying to figure out which Wendy's was open and with I was not more out of my way, she opened the window and yelled. "Get out of my drive thru, I'm the general manager and I'm going to call 911, you are breaking the law."
I told her to go ahead, rolled up my window and finished finding my breakfast destination.
My son was concerned that the police would come, I explained to him that we would explain to the officers that we were from out of town and trying to google map another viable Wendy's or breakfast option, before making our way to
The hospital to visit our relative.
This lady really was beyond rude, and having worked for Wendy's previously- I know this is not the Wendy's way.
I'm beyond sad that this lady models the behavior for a store.
We come here often because of the boo book promotion. And they always do everything right even though my kids ask for their sandwiches special every time. Lol. It's always hot. It's always good and honestly their stuff is always kind!
Incredible service and staff. I came here today with my mom and child. When we arrived there were 15 ppl in line and I decided to download the app and was going to order from there so I didn’t have to wait. By the time I got the app it was my turn to order and before I could sit down my families food was ready. Super clean. Super friendly. Mean lean machine!
It Was very late My fiancé and I had given up on a place to eat and we went to probably 5 different places and they were all closed and there was Wendy's last minute. The serve is a hot meal, a good meal, a warm smile Very very polite
Well I just thought I'd give them a second chance and they failed again. Service was faster this time which was nice but when I order something on the menu and not change anything about it, I expect it to be just that. My order was a baconator breakfast combo. Says on the menu 6 pcs of bacon, sausage, cheese, and egg. This isn't the first or the second time that the bacon baconator or version of it hasn't been what it says it is. I don't know if they can count or what but someone needs to go get this place in shape. No way to stir my coffee, not the correct amount of bacon that I paid $7 for and I think the just shut down and make room for something else honestly. Everyone I know that has eaten there say the same thing, it sucks. Definitely will not be going again, ever
